My wife has recently experienced slight swallowing difficulties. The Grosvenor Park team responded promptly and appropriately and arranged for a S.A.L.T team to visit and address my wife's problem. This resulted in an immediate adjustment to her dietary needs and has been implemented. After consultation,
it has also been decided to transfer my wife by hoist, in order to secure her safety and that of staff.

This care home is absolutely fantastic. They all really care about their residents, and the monitoring by seniors is spot on, with a brilliant teamwork structure in effect. The seniors go above and beyond their call of duty to ensure what needs to be done is done. My mum recently had a crisis, and the
senior in charge, took full responsibility, and when unable to reach me by phone after calling four times went to my house and sent a family member of hers out to look for me, where she suspected I may be. Mum was taken to hospital after this staff member deemed it necessary to call emergency paramedics, and as Mum was extremely poorly, this was totally the right move. This was also the 2nd time a similar had occurred. All the staff are very aware and on the ball, and I am so glad I chose this home for my mum. The manager is also fully aware at all times of all that is going on, as seems very 'hands-on' and involved with both her staff and residents. Cannot fault this place at all. Perfect.

I have been in Grosvenor Park Care Home since 2007 and I have been very happy. All of the staff are very good, Also, if you have problems management will help you. I would like to thank the activity lady for coming to the home. She has done a wonderful job.

I was admitted to care after the hospital discharged me and I was assessed as needing 24-hour care by Social Services. My experience at Grosvenor Park Care Home was excellent. All involved in my care have done their very best to look after me, for which I am very grateful. The manager was very careful
to make sure my needs were met and went out of her way to help me many times. I am very grateful for her help and also for her administrator.

We visited my mother-in-law at the care home and found it to be a wonderful experience. The staff were fantastic and very caring, they clearly care passionately about the people they care for. It was a joy and pleasure to visit her in such a caring environment.

I had to place my mum into a home. Visited ten plus care homes in the area. Grosvenor was the home I felt happy with as safe, clean and tidy. Smiling staff and very helpful manager. Can always discuss decisions with staff and always get resolved. The excellent care received during Covid-19 has been
very hard but know my mum is well looked after.

Since admission when I was in severe pain and pretty helpless, I have felt safe and secure. Every effort was made to make me comfortable. Over the months I have improved but am now a permanent resident.
I feel happy. Staff are great - and the atmosphere is also great. What is more, my family are pleased
and relieved.
