Mum has never been happier since losing dad in 2001. We are happy that she is safe and well looked after.

Review from R H (Daughter-in-law of Resident) published on 23 February 2016 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

My father-in-law was in Grosvenor Park for a total of 8 weeks. He sadly passed away on 4 February 2016. During his stay at Grosvenor Park, he was so happy and content, well cared for, enjoyed his food (he was very fussy), loved being looked after by having a shave, shower, etc. The staff clearly thought a lot about him as there was a few who had tears the day he died. The staff lined up in the corridor when he left and several attended his funeral. The humility and empathy they showed to Bill and his family was truly wonderful.
