My dad is settling in well at Bron Haul Care Home. The staff are absolutely fantastic.
The entertainment to stimulate residents is outstanding.
I can't praise Bron Haul enough.
Bedrooms are spacious, multiple living rooms so residents are not on top of each other.
Nothing is too much trouble.

My father-in-law is 88 years old with Alzheimer's and has currently been a resident at Bron Haul Care Home for a month. I can't praise Bron Haul enough. The home is lovely with multiple large day rooms so residents are not on top of each other. My father-in-law's bedroom is a great size, lovely with
big, airy windows.
My father-in-law has gained 10lbs in 4 weeks, which is such a relief as he was hardly eating at home.
The dining room is so clean and inviting leading on to a big music room, which he is enjoying.
The manager manages the home with support from six particular staff members of the wonderful carers. Two of them initially assessed my father-in-law at his home and the only person to engage well with my father-in-law in a while, he had a sparkle in his eye and was even joking.
The entertainment for the residents is fantastic. Ranging from visits from Sparkle the Shetland Pony, Elvis, and the Wizard of Oz cast. The daily activities are so stimulating for my father-in-law.

I am really pleased with the care home and all the staff are very friendly, caring with my relative and myself and my sibling. Would highly recommend to others looking for a care home for their relative.

I find the staff in the care home to be very professional, friendly and caring. The residents are well looked after with their care needs and for their enrichment, they do many activities and the staff work hard to keep them happy and entertained.
The home has a high standard of cleanliness, all areas
such as Mum's room, toilets, kitchen and all the living spaces are always clean and tidy. It has a lovely homely feeling which I think is important to make the residents feel like it's home.

Mum seems settled and content each visit. Lots of activities, stimulation and care given by all staff. Room is always clean and tidy and clothes laundered daily.

My mum loves being in this home, they are always doing fun activities for times of the year.
She enjoyed the Easter egg hunt, this year and the pony visiting.
Mum is always saying how nice the staff are and she has lots of friends.

Absolutely brilliant with Mum, can't fault the home. Mum always seems happy there. The home is clean and tidy. Staff go above and beyond and always there if needed. I know Mum is well looked after. What more can I say? 10/10, brilliant.

Amazing staff, amazing with my mum and dad. They go above and beyond for all the residents in the home. Activities are brilliant, there’s always some sort of activity going on. Us as a family are happy with the care Mum and Dad both receive. Communication from the management team is outstanding, any

My sister is happy and smiling when I see her, she always looks very well cared for and dressed up. The activities programme is always varied and interesting and fun. The staff are always friendly, approachable and supportive. Bron Haul Care Home will always be the home of choice for my sister and her
daughter chose superbly, although it was a very difficult decision at the time.

My mom loves it here, there’s always something going on to keep her busy and the staff are brilliant with her and everyone else. Best home we could have picked as she had been a few beforehand and just seemed to be in her room but at Bron Haul Care Home she’s always doing something.

All the staff are easy to talk to and listen to your concerns regarding your loved ones. The deputy manager is so helpful and caring, along with the rest of the staff. My grandmother is well loved after, cared for and is enjoying being there.

My mum is currently in the home on respite, I was concerned about her going into a home however my mum and my family have been made very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. staff are always available for updates and to ask questions and very friendly and more importantly, Mum likes the staff and
has her favourites already which is lovely.

Mom has been in Bron Haul since January. She has always received wonderful care from everyone. It gives me so much peace of mind to know she is there as it really feels like home.
There are always activities and events taking place, I love seeing the photos as can see Mom enjoys it all.
We are always
made to feel very welcome and lovely to have a cup of tea biscuits and a catch-up with Mom and the staff, especially after quite a long journey it is very much appreciated.

The care home is friendly, warm and welcoming. The manager and the staff are always accommodating of anything I ask. My mother-in-law has all her needs met with a friendly chat and smile off the staff. She is always clean, hair brushed and her diet is well catered for to her specific needs. The home
has a lovely front and rear garden which she likes to sit in when the weather permits. Throughout the year activities are put on for the residents. Annual events such as Christmas and Easter and special occasions like royal events etc. are all celebrated with food, dressing up and rooms decorated with an invitation to include families where possible.

What an amazing home of truly caring staff, my grandad, even though he has dementia, always says that he feels comfortable and safe which is a huge reassurance. You always get greeted with a smile by patients and team members, so many activities for the residents as well which is amazing. Bron Haul

From the first contact made with the manager and the owner, I felt reassured my dad was in safe hands

I couldn't praise the staff enough, each and every one went above and beyond. It was my mim-in-law's 90th and they did us all proud by putting on a lovely party with entertainment and they all interacted with all the residents and made each and every one of them feel special. They danced and sang with
