This is my second review as my mum is now in her third year at Bron Haul. She is still looking really well and healthy, clean and well fed and I am still happy for her to continue living here as long as this continues. I can't ask for anything more really as she has everything she wants and needs and if anything arises, the lovely people at the care home or myself take care of it accordingly. As long as my mum is happy and content that is my main concern and we do hope that the level of excellence continues with the new management and we wish the previous ones all the very best.
My Nan had been a resident with Bron Haul residential home for 3 years and throughout those years they gave my nan her life back. They considered my nans interests and dislikes and truly made her feel like she was home. As a family we cannot thank Bron Haul, Debbie and Ann Marie enough, they truly went above and beyond for my nan even in her final days. The home allowed us to come together as a family to be with my nan and we will forever be grateful for that. The team are very welcoming and could never do enough for us. My nan had a great relationship with staff and it was evident every time we visited. They gave my nan not only her life back but her smile back and I cannot thank them enough
Thank you so much for this lovely feedback I will pass this on to the team x
My dad was here for at least 9 years and mum joined him about 4 years ago, my dads passed now , I just want to say what a lovely place staff have been exceptional all the way, thank you from me and all our family,
From the moment mom moved in it felt like home
The manager and all the staff are wonderful they always made us feel very welcome and found time to talk to us and catch up about mom and our family over a nice cup of tea and biscuits
We were always kept up dated with everything and always felt so content mom was so well cared for
She was happy to join in all the activities it was lovely that we were sent photos of mom and we loved seeing her smiling face
I cannot find the words to say how kind caring and supportive everyone at bron haul have always been for mom and our family
The decor is tired & depressing although there does seem an attempt to very slowly make amends in some areas. I wish the rooms were en-suite to provide some dignity for those living there. Food quality needs improving according to my uncle.
Overall I would recommend anyone to have there loved ones at Bron Haul.
Thank you Richard for this lovely feedback, I will pass it on to the team
Honestly a really lovely place. Grandmas been here for over 5 years and they've taken great care of her. The staff are lovely and always come to say hi whilst we're visiting, they always make sure Grandma and any other resident are okay. Couldn't fault them for a single thing. I'd just like to say thank you to them for caring for her so well at the end of her life.
Thank you so much for this lovely review I will pass it on to the team

Very good communication skills towards relieves and have been throughout our mums stay EG if doctors or have any concerns they contact me straight away. my mother in law spent the last few yrs of her life with bronhaul and i couldn't praise the staff enough.Management always informed us of any changes to her health or care needs and when visiting Staff always made us feel welcome . The grounds are well maintained and lovely to sit in when it's sunny rooms are spacious clean and tidy although could be doing with an update but the care of staff outweigh this small issue .I would highly recommend this home for any ones loved one knowing my mother in law was safe and well cared for with respect and dignity made it easier to return to scotland
Thank you so much for this lovely review Linda, I will make sure I pass this on to the team
I would like to firstly say that this care home is exemplary. There is nothing negative to say. My sister has been there nine years and has flourished in the time she has been there. My sister is so happy despite her problems which the staff understand and assist in any way they can. I can only give this home 10/10 for the care and dedication both management and staff towards their residents in their care.
Thank you so much for the review Linda, I will pass it on to the team
Dad thoroughly enjoys the entertainment that is provided weekly, whether it be live music, bingo, arts and crafts plus much more. All Saints' Days bring fun and activities too.
Bron Haul welcomed my mum for some respite with dad over the Christmas period and she too received a high quality of care.
Thank you to you all, nothing has ever been too much trouble for you and we are extremely grateful.
Thank you for the lovely comments, we will pass this on to the team
Staff are so welcoming and accomodating to her needs, it is so reassuring for me and my family.
I just wish to say well done to each an everyone here for the wonderful care given to mum and the other residents.

Mum is having a great life at Bron Haul. Staff are fantastic, it's like one big happy family. The whole team excel at making sure the residents are well looked after and nothing is too much trouble. We are kept fully informed relevant to mums care and well being. We're so glad of our choice of Bron Haul- well done and thank you to all.
Thank you for this lovely review I will pass it on to the team
Thank you
Thank you for this lovely review. I will ensure the staff are aware of your kind words
The entertainment to stimulate residents is outstanding.
I can't praise Bron Haul enough.
Bedrooms are spacious, multiple living rooms so residents are not on top of each other.
Nothing is too much trouble.
Thank you for this lovely review, I will pass it on to the team and we are happy your dad has settled in so well.
My father-in-law has gained 10lbs in 4 weeks, which is such a relief as he was hardly eating at home.
The dining room is so clean and inviting leading on to a big music room, which he is enjoying.
The manager manages the home with support from six particular staff members of the wonderful carers. Two of them initially assessed my father-in-law at his home and the only person to engage well with my father-in-law in a while, he had a sparkle in his eye and was even joking.
The entertainment for the residents is fantastic. Ranging from visits from Sparkle the Shetland Pony, Elvis, and the Wizard of Oz cast. The daily activities are so stimulating for my father-in-law.
Thank you for this lovely review, I will pass it on to the team.
I am really pleased with the care home and all the staff are very friendly, caring with my relative and myself and my sibling. Would highly recommend to others looking for a care home for their relative.
The home has a high standard of cleanliness, all areas such as Mum's room, toilets, kitchen and all the living spaces are always clean and tidy. It has a lovely homely feeling which I think is important to make the residents feel like it's home.
Thank you for this lovely review, I will pass it on to the team
