The staff are very helpful. The management complies with my needs.
My recent 50th Birthday the management and staff went above and beyond to make my day special. I had an American car to take me out for a meal with staff and friends.
Perfect. Really is a lovely home. No problems at all. My husband is quite happy there and is well cared for.
As I often go to see my father-in-law I have observed staff with other residents also and must say how competent and friendly they are. My father-in-law is content and all his needs are met.
My dad was very happy here. Staff and management are friendly and approachable and the care he received ensured his independence was maintained. I would recommend this home to others. He enjoyed the trips out and certain activities (of his choice) which took place. He was treated with dignity at all times.
It's an excellent care home.
The staff are always very friendly. The surroundings are always clean and homely. Mother is kept clean and tidy at all times.
I would recommend Bron Haul
My mother enjoys her food there.
My mum is an animal lover and pets have been purchased to fulfil this need.
Varied day trips are arranged with pictures shared.
Bron Haul is a very down to earth family home. Staff always very friendly and willing to please. Management always helpful and willing to help when needed. A casual approach to service users. Not for the "posh" client, or those looking for a fancy home full of antiques. A comfortable home without lots of unnecessary rules.
For 2 years I resisted all attempts to get me into residential care. However, eventually, I was too ill to continue on the "out" and came to Bron Haul. Here, with the help of the staff, I was able to come off alcohol and have gone from strength to strength. I am, for the most part, self-caring, but Bron Haul has become my home and the staff are my scaffolding.
