Mum seems settled and content each visit. Lots of activities, stimulation and care given by all staff. Room is always clean and tidy and clothes laundered daily.
Thank you so much for taking the time to complete this for us, it is appreciated.
She enjoyed the Easter egg hunt, this year and the pony visiting.
Mum is always saying how nice the staff are and she has lots of friends.
My sister is happy and smiling when I see her, she always looks very well cared for and dressed up. The activities programme is always varied and interesting and fun. The staff are always friendly, approachable and supportive. Bron Haul Care Home will always be the home of choice for my sister and her daughter chose superbly, although it was a very difficult decision at the time.
Thank you so much for this review. Your sister enjoys all the activities as do we when we spend time doing them, precious times.
My mom loves it here, there’s always something going on to keep her busy and the staff are brilliant with her and everyone else. Best home we could have picked as she had been a few beforehand and just seemed to be in her room but at Bron Haul Care Home she’s always doing something.
Thank you so much for the lovely review, it is appreciated and I will pass it on to the team. Once again, thank you.
The care provided is proactive and ensures that independence and mobility are supported in an active and enjoyable lifestyle.
Thank you to the manager and also to your wonderful staff.
I loved when they made ginger Christmas biscuits. My nainie loved it. She was very involved and happy.
Thank you, this is much appreciated by Bron Haul
All the staff are easy to talk to and listen to your concerns regarding your loved ones. The deputy manager is so helpful and caring, along with the rest of the staff. My grandmother is well loved after, cared for and is enjoying being there.
My mum is currently in the home on respite, I was concerned about her going into a home however my mum and my family have been made very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. staff are always available for updates and to ask questions and very friendly and more importantly, Mum likes the staff and has her favourites already which is lovely.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this lovely review.
The care home is friendly, warm and welcoming. The manager and the staff are always accommodating of anything I ask. My mother-in-law has all her needs met with a friendly chat and smile off the staff. She is always clean, hair brushed and her diet is well catered for to her specific needs. The home has a lovely front and rear garden which she likes to sit in when the weather permits. Throughout the year activities are put on for the residents. Annual events such as Christmas and Easter and special occasions like royal events etc. are all celebrated with food, dressing up and rooms decorated with an invitation to include families where possible.
Well done team.
He has come on leaps and bounds and is settled and happy.
The manager keeps me informed about all aspects of my dad’s care and well-being.
It feels like all the staff care, they all know how he’s doing any time I ask and seem to know his personality and respect it. When they come into his room, they’re respectful and always make conversation with him, even if it’s repeated. Some of them have started to learn the Swahili he likes to talk in from time to time for manners which he loves. His room is always clean and he seems happy. They have visitors like the horse and outings and always try to involve him in the activities. They take pictures to put online to keep us in the loop. They pay close attention to his needs and I love that. Thanks, Bron Haul.
Their input vastly improved his mobility and mood, which enabled him to return home after a lengthy period in hospital.
His room was warm and cosy. The food was tasty and varied. The staff and residents were all amazing.
They are super focused on the well-being and stimulation of their residents, and they are constantly engaging the residents in really topical and fun activities.
Their social media is brilliant and is really useful for families and friends to view.
They welcome and engage with visitors too.
They always found time to talk to me and provide regular updates on my dad.
Bron Haul... You're the best!
Thank you so much for such a positive review; we are so happy your dad was able to return home in a short time frame after his hospital stay, and it was lovely to meet you all. I will pass this on to the team. Once again, thank you.
My grandfather was discharged from hospital to Bron Haul (our preferred choice), whilst awaiting a package of care to return home. The care he received after just two weeks at Bron Haul was outstanding and I wish he could have gone there sooner, as the improvement in his health, mobility, independence and wellbeing has been remarkable! This was all down to the wonderful care, support and prompt action provided by the team, who are kind, caring, compassionate and follow a person-centred approach.
Management are very experienced and have long-standing roles, which speaks volumes. They know their stuff and are so friendly, down-to-earth and helpful. Our family are beyond grateful for everything, thank you.
Thank you so much for this feedback it is really appreciated, and its amazing to know that we have made such a difference to your dad and the family, it was an absolute pleasure to meet you all.
The social media is excellent and they do so many activities. We get regular updates by email and the Manager is always available. My friend is 81 and very happy there. He’s immobile but mentally sound so knows what he likes. Thank you
We are pleased to recommend Bron Haul Care Home as we are fully informed of any and all issues regarding George, night and day.
We have personally seen how well he is treated at all times, and neither he nor us have ever needed to complain about anything related to his care, health and safety.
We totally recommend Bron Haul and give it full marks for the total commitment and care the staff always provide.
Mum was by nature a quiet person, however, she soon settled in and joined in all the activities when she was able to. Among her favourite activities were ice cream, llamas and Sparkles. Her smile of delight spoke volumes. When the time came when Mum wanted peace, this need was granted with no fuss, allowing Mum to retain her dignity.
The kind, homely atmosphere at Bron Haul is priceless.
I like it a lot. It's clean, good food and good staff.
The management and staff at Bron Haul cared for Mum and for the family so well that we felt like an extended family. We were always made to feel welcome. The care Mum received was second to none. The management and staff always made time for us, we were always able to ask questions and raise concerns, not about Mum’s care but about her health, and for advice.
Unfortunately, Mum passed away in January 2023, but she was so well cared for. Nothing was ever too much trouble and everything was done to make sure Mum was as comfortable as possible. We were always welcome and cared for, we were also able to take part in some of the activities that Mum was included in and we have photos and memories that would not have been possible otherwise.
Any health concerns and issues were dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
Bron Haul Care Home is a lovely home! Management go above an beyond for the residents and their families which helped make us all feel welcome and reassured from the first meeting. All the staff are lovely which has clearly helped our mum/stepmum settle in nicely, as you can imagine this was a massive relief to us all as a family. The residents' rooms are lovely and cosy and are made to feel homely with their own personal items. She also loves having her own door keys (to her room) which still gives her a massive feeling of independence again. The home is lovely and has an overall friendly/family atmosphere.
