Overall Experience
Having visited several homes with a view to my mother's care, I can honestly say the moment we walked into Cwmbran House I knew it was the home for my Mum. The other homes we viewed didn't come close to match Cwmbran House.

From the manager to the office staff, nursing staff and cleaners, we've found them so efficient, professional and caring.

I always feel welcome when I arrive.
The staff are friendly and approachable.
My mother has gained weight and her appetite has improved.
She is well cared for and feels able to ask the staff if she needs anything.
I looked at several care homes before choosing this one and feel we have chosen well.

My mother really enjoys taking part in the activities and the activity coordinator is a breath of fresh air.

Overall Experience

My father-in-law is settled in the home. I am very satisfied with the cleanliness, facilities and the excellent members of staff who are friendly, helpful, caring and always approachable. The staff make the residents feel at home and always have them laughing and sit with them whenever they feel the residents need a chat or maybe just a shoulder to cry on. I also myself sometimes feel sad when I visit and the staff even comfort me. Amazing staff Amazing home.
