Greenhill has been purpose-built to provide residential care packages and also welcomes adults with Parkinson’s disease and a dementia diagnosis. Packages are individualised for each resident, taking account of respite, convalescence and palliative needs.

Accommodation in this modern care home is set across one floor providing good wheelchair access. Rooms are bight, spacious and comfortable offering a positive interior for the lives of older people. Landscaped gardens are popular during the summer and there is a choice of social areas. Residents can benefit from the homes close locality to the local shops and bus routes.

I have been to a few care homes and have found Greenhill Care Home the nicest, clean, fresh and never a nasty smell. The staff are very friendly caring, always smiling and helpful. Plenty of activities and making cards, gifts, knitting and people coming to entertain them with poetry and singing. The
members of staff do a lot with them getting them to sing and exercise. My sister and I are very pleased with the way our sister is looked after. Can't thank the staff enough for the care they give my sister and other patients.

I'm a regular visitor and everything I see is positive, activities throughout the day to stimulate residents is fabulous everyone gets to take part whatever their capabilities, it's very relaxed, all the staff are friendly and very kind, I just think it's great.

Very caring staff, always ready to chat to both residents and family. My mother is well looked after and very content. Greenhill is a lovely environment, clean and well appointed. The management and staff are very professional and knowledgeable about my mother's condition.
There are always activities
which residents are encouraged to take part in.

Mother has settled well in a wonderful home. She nearly always wants to come home when we visit, but due to the excellent management of questions like this by the staff, we change the subject and she is then very happy. We always inform us of all she has been up to between visit. Mother has had 2 nasty
falls since being at Greenhill and her care was the utmost priority until she went into hospital and we were informed and updated regularly. Excellent home.

Coming into work feels like being with family and I get to meet some really fantastic and interesting people. I have been given lots of training opportunities and have become an in-house trainer for manual handling and 'how do I know you' dementia training.
