He has been made to feel incredibly welcome, as have we as his family. The staff are always kind, approachable, and nothing is ever too much trouble. They work tirelessly to meet the individual needs of every resident, ensuring everyone feels comfortable, valued, and well cared for.
There is a wide variety of activities available, usually every day, offering something to suit everyone's interests. The staff consistently go above and beyond to provide a warm, caring, and supportive environment, and we are truly grateful for the exceptional care they give.
Thank you for sharing such positive feedback. We're delighted to hear your dad has felt so welcome at Mull Hall and that our team has made such a difference. It's wonderful to know he is enjoying the activities and supportive environment. Your kind words mean a great deal to us.
This was mum's home from home. She referred to Mull Hall as her home which can only be done if one feels it 'is' home. Mum felt safe, comfortable and at ease in her surroundings which gave us peace of mind. She settled in from Day 1 (July 2022) and soon became used to her surroundings, having been made to feel very welcome. Mum was able to express herself and have fun with residents and staff alike. Mum's life was enriched once she became a resident at Mull Hall - her circle of friends increased and she loved the social aspect of her new surroundings - the trips, the activities, not least the cheerful banter. All of those are so important during latter stages of life.
As a family member, I have always found the atmosphere to be friendly within and the staff approachable. I like that it is light and airy throughout. I've taken great comfort in the knowledge that mum was safe, comfortable and happy.
Thank you for sharing such heartfelt feedback. We are deeply touched to hear that Mull Hall truly felt like home and that your loved one felt safe, comfortable and happy throughout her time with us. It is wonderful to know she enjoyed the friendships, activities and warm atmosphere that meant so...
The cracking atmosphere and banter between residents and staff is superb.
The photos on social media are a delight especially as I'm away a lot out of the country, I can still see who's doing what ..
I can highly recommend this home and the lovely staff , they certainly made this move a lot easier and to see my mum happy and safe, well that's all we're wanting but they go above and beyond. Very happy.

My Mother has been in Mull Hall for 6 years. I have nothing but praise for the manager and all the staff, they are very kind and attentive to Mam and nothing is to much trouble. When I go to visit they are very kind and easy to talk too and put my mind at ease. Always a cup of tea on the go too. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone that has the difficult decision to put a loved one into care.

With no family near to Invergordon, coupled with the fact that I live overseas, I was very concerned that my sister should be safe and secure in comfortable surroundings. My concerns have all disappeared and I can say that I am now completely at ease with the environment that my sister is now in. The staff at Mull Hall are very capable and show empathy for all the residents that they have to care for.
Thank you for sharing such reassuring feedback. We understand how worrying it can be when a loved one is far from family, especially after a hospital stay. It is wonderful to hear your sister feels safe, comfortable and supported, and that our team's empathy has helped put your mind at ease.
An outstanding care environment. Staff who are so thoughtful and caring to each individual. I've witnessed so many small thoughtful acts of kindness. Warm, very clean and welcoming, excellent varied menu.

Very lucky to have such a care home. Very satisfied, but sometimes minimal staff at the weekends. Look after the good after it is they who make a care home, home!

The home provides stimulating and enjoyable activities and the residents well being is always paramount .
Staff have a caring empathy to each resident and treat them as one big family .
I think it's important for the wider family to know their loved one is happy and content and safe especially when they've lost that person to dementia and no longer have the ability to care for them .

My mum became a resident just before Christmas after spending 4 months in hospital. All the staff have been terrific - very welcoming and friendly and working really well as a team to make my mum's transition as easy as possible. I have been impressed with the facilities and witnessed on numerous occasions the love, care and respect everyone is treated with - there is a lot of fun and laughter too. Visitors are made to feel very welcome and the atmosphere is very warm, friendly and nurturing. It definitely has a strong community spirit when time is taken to get to know residents and their families. I have been so impressed and cannot thank the staff enough for their dedication, humour, skills and care.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful and heartwarming review. We're thrilled to hear that your mum's transition to our care has been smooth and that you've noticed the love, respect, and sense of community we strive to provide. It's wonderful that you've experienced the warm, welcoming atmosphere...
The staff have been welcoming and friendly on my visits and although understandably busy, seem attentive and caring to the residents and to know them personally and as individuals and take time to speak and interact with them. This helps create a warm and homely atmosphere. The decorations and care paid to enhance the environment over the festive period were lovely touches, and the extra activities included music events. I have been able to eat a meal (very good food lovingly prepared) with my Mum or have a cup of tea together on occasion, which is very much appreciated. There are quiet and calm areas to sit as well as a range of activities in the larger room. The manager and deputy manager both took the trouble to introduce themselves to us and have proved very approachable. I have had a very favourable impression overall and am grateful to the team at Mull Hall.
Thank you for your thoughtful and positive feedback about Mull Hall. We're delighted to hear that you've found the team so welcoming, attentive and caring - getting to know our residents personally is something we take great pride in. It's great to know you enjoyed the festive decorations, music...
Mum has settled well into Mull Hall with a nice bedroom which she has been able to customise with some belongings from her former home.
During my visit to Mum, I have been impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the obvious care they take of those who live there. Mull Hall has a positive atmosphere and I am really happy that Mum was able to stay there.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback. We're delighted to hear that your mum has settled in well and that you've been impressed by the care and friendliness of the staff and the atmosphere at Mull Hall. It's lovely to hear how she has enjoyed personalising her room and that you're so happy with her experience. Your kind words will mean a great deal to the team, thank you.
My dad moved into Mull Hall Care Home on the 23rd of December and has settled surprisingly quickly. The staff have been amazing and have made a very difficult and upsetting time a lot easier for both me and my father. Leaving your loved ones to the care of others is one of the hardest things you will ever do but knowing he is happy makes it so much easier. All the staff are so lovely and caring and spend time getting to know the residents. The care I have witnessed, so far, has been heartwarming. In the short time he has been there, he has already had a few medical concerns and the staff have kept me updated at all times. A great team.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We're so pleased to hear that your dad has settled in so quickly and that he feels so happy at Mull Hall. The team will be touched to read your kind words and so pleased to hear how supported you have both felt during this period. We understand how...
The food is excellent, activities are great, lots of day rooms where you can join in with others or have a quiet spot to sit and enjoy the beautiful views.
Bedrooms are large and spacious and well thought out, the ability to take any items from home there is a huge benefit to making it feel like your own wee sanctuary.
As a daily visitor, I certainly could not find fault with any aspect of the care provided, the food, activities or the home in general. Just a delightful place and people and a huge weight off my mind knowing my mum has such a high level of care being given.
Thank you for your heartfelt review, we will be sure to pass on your feedback to our team at Mull Hall, who will be so proud to read your kind words. The staff are passionate about providing care with kindness and compassion, so it means a great deal to hear this shines through. It's wonderful to...
