Due to a decline in health, the wife and I placed my father-in-law at Mull Hall Care Home. The staff were always helpful and nice to my father-in-law even when he was a bit of a handful. The staff regularly kept in contact with the wife and I to let us know what was happening. On my father-in-law's passing, the staff were very understanding and supportive towards our family during those hard times.

My mother has been a resident at Mull Hall for about 6 years. She has been treated with dignity and kindness. I am kept informed about her health issues and needs and I know she is being well looked after. She has dementia but always seems settled and comfortable when we visit. The environment is clean and welcoming and the staff are friendly and approachable.

My mother-in-law has been very well cared for and the staff always keep us informed about health issues or in this last year Covid restrictions. The home is clean and even in these difficult times, activities have been restarted. Fantastic staff, always helpful.

My mum has recently become a resident at Mull Hall and the staff have all been amazing and supportive in helping with the transition for Mum and her family. Questions are always answered and staff keep in touch if they have updates or questions. Many thanks to all the staff.

I visited Mull Hall to see my mother who has been in residence at Mull Hall for just over a year. She was admitted immediately prior to COVID lockdown. It has been a very difficult time for everyone, especially Mum, but the care and support that Mull Hall have offered over the period has been exceptionally good. They have managed the situation very well - always putting the residents at the centre of their thinking. The manager and her staff have effectively and sympathetically communicated with family members always endeavouring to maximize telephone and virtual contact with Mum.
On arrival I was tested for COVID before being allowed to visit with Mum. All staff were welcoming and parameters for the visit were clearly stated. I was afforded an outside visit with hospitality which Mum and I enjoyed immensely.
Overall, I was reassured that Mum was being very well cared for within the 'Family Mull Hall' and that her needs are being appropriately met.

Sincere thanks to all.

Our nana/mam has been in Mull Hall for many years now and her care has been second to none but over the time when we can’t visit, due to Covid, the manager and her team have been absolutely amazing.
From keeping in touch when things were extremely challenging and emotionally challenging for them all to caring for Nana while she was unwell.

We would like to thank each and every staff member for taking such great care of Nana and hope to see you all very soon.

My grandma had been a resident in Mull Hall for 6 years when she passed away this month. She would always tell us how lovely all of the staff were and how lovely the food was, we agreed with her wholeheartedly. The staff keep the home cleanliness to a very high standard and are very welcoming to family members visiting (before covid). During covid, we have always been made aware of any changes in rules and guidelines for visitors in advance. The staff always have entertainment available and celebrate occasions with residents.

We can’t thank the staff enough for the care they gave my grandma when we couldn’t during lockdown.

My father is in respite care at Mull Hall. Given we are in lockdown and unable to visit the care staff have gone the extra mile to ensure he has all that he needs. I am able to speak to my father whenever I need to.
The administrator in Mull Hall and the sanctuary finance department have been a great help and have kept me up to date as his stay progresses.

Would highly recommended.

My mum moved into Mull Hall in November 2018. During this time she’s been well looked after and the staff are always there to help. Mull Hall provides a cosy environment which I think made my mum settle in that bit quicker. The staff work hard to make sure that all the residents are entertained and taken care of. I’ve been very impressed with how the staff have adapted to a difficult situation whilst trying to help the residents during the Coronavirus pandemic. From my own point of view I’ve always felt that whenever I visit, I’ve always been made to feel welcome. It’s always a pleasure to go through to Mull Hall and visit my mum and speak to the other residents and staff. She couldn’t be looked after any better and that’s all that I can ask for.

My mother has been in Mull Hall for over three years and I am very happy with the care she gets. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
The home itself is kept clean and well maintained.

Mum is now 100 and bedridden but this is not a problem with the home, the slightest ailment and a doctor is called, so yes, I'm very pleased with her care.

Mull Hall is a wonderful care home. The staff go above and beyond caring for the residents. My mother has been a resident for 8 years and I have never had any complaints. The home in itself is spotlessly clean and also very important homely.
Staff are polite, friendly and well educated on all aspects of care for their residents.
Since COVID has arrived in all of our lives, they have done everything possible to keep their residents safe and comfortable. Also allowing garden and window visits, which has helped both residents and their relatives.
Residents are encouraged to join in all activities which take place most afternoons - before COVID relatives were also encouraged to visit and enjoy the entertainment.
My mother sadly is at the end of her life, I cannot praise highly enough all staff members for their care and compassion for my mother, but also for me.

This is my way of thanking the incredible staff of Mull Hall.

My mother has been in Mull Hall since September 2019. She will be 99 next March, and I can say without reservation that she is so content with life there, that my wife and I have no worries whatsoever regarding her care and wellbeing. We were concerned that she would find things difficult after living in the same house for nearly 60 years but the concerns were unfounded. The fact that she still has all her "marbles" is a great help in her settling so well.

Great team at Mull Hall, who make sure my mum is well cared for. I always feel welcome when I visit or phone. The staff are supportive and friendly. The home is extremely clean. Loads of activities and celebrations take place with an excellent choice of meals. My mum often says how glad she is to be staying there. I am particularly impressed and thankful for the quick action taken by the staff if Mum needs any medical intervention. They keep me informed about her care or any problems that arise. A very big thank you for all that you do.

Mull Hall became my Mother's home last October. Due to the sympathetic and caring staff, across all areas of this amazing place, the transition was made so incredibly easy for her and for us as a family. Even during current challenging times, every effort has been put into helping us keep in contact with Mam. We can't really praise Mull Hall enough. It is truly a happy place where residents are treated with quite exceptional care and respect.

I've visited this home twice now. On both occasions, the residents are clean, well dressed, (not so normal in some places I can assure you!) and appear generally on good form.

The staff are lovely, the activities coordinator is a breath of fresh air. She is wonderful with the residents and nothing is too much trouble. Probably the nicest residential home I've ever been in.
