Mother-in-law has settled in and loves her surroundings. All staff are very caring and attentive to her/her family's needs with nothing a problem. Very bright welcoming atmosphere. Food choices and quality are excellent. Plenty of outdoor/indoor activities that cater for both men/women.

I have found all staff at Mull Hall extremely caring, helpful and friendly at all times, even to little Bertie the dog who visits with me. Everything there is always clean, tidy, and nice, I have never had any complaints about anything.

My brother has been a resident of Mull Hall a few years now. I visit him every week and I am very impressed with the way my brother is being treated. He’s always saying how well they look after him. He needs a lot of help and nothing is too much trouble to make his life comfortable as possible.

I cannot praise the entire staff at Mull Hall Care Home enough. My husband has been a resident there for eighteen months and has been treated with loving care during this time. The staff are so welcoming and friendly to all our family and arrange outings and entertainment for the residents. I am so grateful for the care my husband has received.

My husband has been a long-term resident of Mull Hall since December 2020 when his physical condition made it impossible for me to continue caring for him at home.
I was delighted a place was quickly found for him at Mull Hall which had been highly recommended by friends and his local daily carers.
He and I quickly became members of a new family despite the restrictions of lock-down throughout the protracted Covid emergency.
All the staff at Mull Hall, both caring and management, care deeply about the well-being of residents and their families and friends who visit. They are always cheerful, positive and have a sunny "can-do" attitude. Nothing is too much trouble. The activities and trips out in the mini-bus are well-planned and fun. It has been discovered that my husband can sing despite being unable to speak - he enjoys this tremendously.
I am also impressed by the standard of medical care which is built on a strong relationship with the local GP Practice.

Thank you to all!

I cannot thank the staff at Mull Hall for all the activities that they do with their residents. I realise that Covid has really restricted some things that they would like to do.
Last night was wonderful as they took some of their residents to a local musical show, a great time was had by everyone.
They are always thinking of new things to do and are happy to try things that are suggested.
It is wonderful that they won a competition to design a new part of the garden. Residents and staff came up with a great plan and have lots of different areas that will be used by residents and relatives.

My mother is in good hands being looked after by all staff in Mull Hall. They are all dedicated to the residents that they care for.

Not all angels are found in heaven, as many are working hard at Mull Hall Care Home, providing a high standard of care. Since my gran was admitted to Mull Hall in November 2021, she has been treated with such love, care and dignity. Following the negative impact of Covid and living alone at home, Gran got the opportunity to live and laugh again by the homely and caring environment created by the manager and her whole team.

As relatives, supporting your family member to make that transition to full-time care is both a daunting and anxious time. However, these thoughts are quickly dissolved when you can clearly see that Mull Hall teams' philosophy is always about putting the resident first. Right from the outset, it is evident that all the carers, domestic, laundry, catering, secretarial staff, not forgetting the maintenance team have an attitude that is positive, caring, courteous and happy. They have all made such a difference to Gran and to us as a family. For that, we are so grateful.

I currently reside at Mull Hall care home. I chose to come into long term care due to a deterioration in my health and I found it difficult to manage at home. It was one of the best decisions I made. The staff are so helpful and nothing ever seems to be a problem for them. There's a happy vibe in Mull Hall and the food is very good too I have even put weight on! I feel very happy here and feel I've settled in great.

I have been a resident at Mull Hall for the past 3 months whilst waiting on a new house in the community. I was nervous about coming in to stay, however, I feel so at home. The manager and staff are fantastic, it's more like a hotel and I feel I have made friends for life. I have, during my time, been helping out the maintenance and kitchen team which has given me a reason to get up every day and maintain my independence. I will be moving to my new house soon but I will be coming back to visit everyone regularly. I will always highly recommend Mull Hall Care Home.

My mum has been at Mull Hall for nearly 2 years now and in the whole time has been treated considerably with great care and dignity by all the staff and team members there. You can tell by her smile how much she enjoys everything that the staff put on to keep the residents happy in their home. In fact, given half a chance, I’d move in - she seems to be having more fun than I am! But joking aside when she needs extra care, when she’s been unwell and when she had Covid, the staff will go above and beyond anything you could possibly ask.

The staff at Mull Hall give their all to the care of its residents. I have two aunties who are resident and am forever impressed by the care they receive - from daily tasks to the staff hosting creative and engaging events. It's lovely to see the connection between staff and residents, which creates a real sense of home. The circumstances of the past almost two years have been a challenge like no other, but the manager and her team have excelled in a situation which no one could have imagined: keeping those in their care happy, content and comfortable.

Mum has been living at Mull Hall Care Home since the beginning of September 2021. Over a year later, our mother, who has dementia, has settled in well and seems to be content in her new environment. All of the staff are very kind, caring and attentive and it’s very reassuring for the family to know that our mum is in safe hands.

We cannot praise the staff enough. They certainly do go that extra mile to ensure the well-being of their residents and to give them the reassurance needed. In addition to the excellent care provided, the residents are encouraged to take part in a wide range of interesting, enjoyable and stimulating activities.

It gives us great peace of mind to know that Mum is getting the loving care and attention which she needs. The staff are truly wonderful.

You are doing a fantastic job in very challenging times, so, a big thank you to each and every single one of you at Mull Hall Care Home – you are simply the best!

My aunt was admitted to Mull Hall care home in July 2021, unfortunately shortly after moving in she had quite a serious stroke, although she is now paralysed down one side, had it not been for the prompt action of the staff in attendance things may have been considerably worse.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Mull Hall, always open to communication, willing to adapt and striving to do their absolute best in a difficult and often thankless job, top marks.
