Mia joined our team during Covid in 2021 to help keep our residents active in the evening and reduce falls. She was a hairdressing apprentice at that time and quickly realised she wanted to move over to care. She is now our main activities coordinator and also a care worker. She also makes sure the residents are looking their best with their weekly hair salon experience.
