Overall Experience
Excellent service was provided to my daughter in this new location, I would say the service has the same high standards as the sister home. I didn't hesitate in wanting to use 18 Argyle Road Care Home when it was offered. I'm very confident and trust the management team in transferring all the relevant information regarding my daughter's care and most importantly, having the reassurance of the continuity of care, where the same staff team from the previous service will continue working with my daughter, I couldn't ask for more. Argyle Road is very well-presented, modern, clean, spacious and has great indoor facilities. I'm confident the service will exceed all the key areas on safety, caring, responsive, effective and well-led when inspected. Again, well done to the manager and her staff team.
