My grandmother has been at Heritage for 3 years now and from the first moment we stepped in I knew this was the perfect fit for her. The first thing you notice is how clean and well furnished the home is. There is a brightness and genuine warm feel that immediately puts you at ease.
The rooms are
cleaned well daily, the laundry staff do a great job and the chefs provide good meals - I have eaten here myself!
The personal and medical care nan receives is really second to none. Upon arrival I am informed of how she is doing and if any changes have been noticed.
On every visit, she tells of how wonderful the staff are and how well she is treated. The various activities, from Tai Chi to Film Club, keep her feeling involved and contribute to her overall wellbeing. She can go at her own pace and feels comfortable as well as encouraged.
Knowing that the staff have such a high level of care and attention to detail puts my mind at ease when I am not there and the family are truly grateful.

A very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Very kind and friendly towards the clients. Very clean. A very happy and family home.


The activity lady of the home is very kind and helpful towards the clients. I would highly recommend this home to other people that need this particular service.

Since our dear friend of over 34 years has come to reside at the Heritage she has improved cognitively and physically immeasurably.
She is happy and content with her care since moving into the Heritage in November 2017.
My wife and I have also noticed a huge improvement in our friends general well
being.
The staff at the Heritage are always friendly and forthcoming with information and appear genuinely caring. They keep us informed, as next of kin, of any medical treatment or illness our friend has.
Overall the Heritage staff, from management, office staff and carer’s and nurses are pleasant and eager to listen to concerns and actually, where necessary, take action to improve the care of residents.
