I could not think of a better place for my mum to have spent the last 2 years of her life. The care and affection she has received have been exemplary. All done with respect and affection. Thank you for having taken such good care of her.

Overall our experience was very good. From the day Mum was admitted we were made to feel welcome from Management, carers and cleaners etc. They all acknowledge Mum by name and are all friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

I cannot find fault in this care home. I was so concerned when I was advised to place mum in a home, but I need not have been. All the staff are fantastic. The meals are great. The staff all go out of their way to talk to me as well as my mum.

They take great care of my nan. Overall standards are clean/tidy. Staff very friendly and make a fuss of my little girl when visiting my nan.

Overall the Heritage staff, from management, office staff and carer’s and nurses are pleasant and eager to listen to concerns and actually, where necessary, take action to improve the care of residents.
Many thanks to Nigel and family for being there to support Heritage Care in all the aspect of care for his friend whenever he is needed. The care has been successful because of their participation, something that we always encourage in this home.
