Windmill Lodge care home S.W.2 My mother has been a resident since January 2018, the care she has received has been outstanding and still is. All the staff are so respectful, the care staff have a hard job, but they do it with love and dignity. The nurses are 100% dedicated to residents the individual care is outstanding, although they are always busy they take the time to explain any problems to relatives, I cannot fault them! The rooms bathrooms and communal areas are kept spotless by a lady on the 1st floor where my mother's room is, laundry too is done with care, beds changed and kept clean. The care staff do a wonderful job with the personal care of residents they always look smart and clean. My mother now spends most of her time in bed, she is kept fresh and clean nightwear daily. I am very pleased with the care, so is my mother she is very happy at Windmill Lodge.

I am very happy with the service provided by the home, the carers and the facilities available. The care given to him is up to our expectations. I am very impressed with the friendliness of all the staff and the cleanliness of the place, so overall very satisfied with the care given to my husband.

I have no complaint with regard to my sister's care at Windmill Lodge. The staff and management are very helpful in providing information requests and updates on what is happening in the home. However, one of my main complaints is the disappearance of my sister's clothes, but this seems to be an ongoing problem.

In the six months that my mother-in-law has been in Windmill Lodge, we have had no cause to complain.
The staff are friendly and show extreme patience in their caregiving. I would not hesitate to recommend this care home to anyone.

The result of good work is more work. So keep up the good work.

I find this home is alright for my Dad to be living in. I visit him every day to see if he is alright. He came here in December.

It is difficult, on occasion, to gain entry as reception seems to be unmanned. No one answers the telephone - this may apply more at weekends. If one has travelled across London, or further, if it is wet weather this can be difficult, especially for the elderly.
