General Manager for Brook House since February 2008. A registered nurse since 1995. First wanted to go into nursing when undertaking Duke of Edinburgh Award at school. I attended a residential placement with physically disabled and able bodied.

Rita is a very happy person, who brings a smile to each person who enters her office, she's professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. She also has a good knowledge of accounting procedures and the ability to produce accurate, effective and engaging documentation.
The residents like her very much because she makes time every morning to deliver their newspapers to each and one of them personally.

My name is Karolina and I have worked for Barchester Healthcare since 2013. My roles have included Carer and Senior Carer. I am now the Senior activities coordinator.
I enjoy my job role understanding the residents hobbies and interests. I take in to account peoples capabilities and strengths in planning the activities.

I am working as a dementia champion nurse in Brook House I am taking care of residents living with dementia.
