I am very happy and encouraged by the care my mother is receiving in this home. It is beautiful to see the joy on the staff's face when my mum does better. And she has many days when she is better, even when she eats on her own and communicates with us

I am very grateful to the entire staff at Summerdale Court; they have welcomed my mother wonderfully. Everyone is very attentive, caring, and friendly. The building is clean, tidy, pleasant, and welcoming. I felt at ease when I said goodbye to my mother because I was certain she would be well cared for and looked after here; it is a huge relief for me to know that. Many thanks to the whole team. A big hug to everyone!

My mum spent her final days here, and I can't thank the staff enough for the love, care, & compassion they showed her. They treated her like one of their own. The home was always clean, with excellent facilities & outstanding management. I will be grateful & would like to recommend this 'home'. Special thanks to Gurjeet, Uzma, Simran, Patricia, Kanchar.

Today i took my daughters and two grandchildren to visit their nan and greatness. Lovely welcome they got when arriving. Great greating. My mum was actually waiting to get her hair done which was wonderful to see. I took kids up to her room because they wanted to hang paintings they done for her on her walls. Saw two carers who stopped to chat to kids little kids were very happy. Her room was spotless no smells at all which again you do expect from a care home. We then went back to the hairdressers with kids had a nice chat. Mum doesn't know who we are now but she was happy to see us had a chat with girls that work there. That home is always so nice to visit. Im so relaxed and stress-free. Would recommend 100%.

I always visit her without informing them and every time I go there, she is always clean, happy and well look after. The care/support given to her and other residents is excellent (she is treated like a family within them). Always the given them healthy food.

Mum has lived at Ashton Lodge for over 3 years. I'm very pleased with the care, kindness and attention she receives. Staff are friendly and approachable and they know smiling goes a long way. They have responded to mum's changing needs and were quick to take action when medical concerns arose. Partnership with family and communication is good. Food is freshly cooked, varied and plentiful. A good range of daily activities are planned and engaging. The building is kept clean, fresh looking and cared for. It is difficult to hand your loved one over to a care home but I have come to trust Ashton Lodge and I am confident that mum is safe, happy and treated with the dignity and respect she deserves. I've watched senior management strive to improve the service and I appreciate the positive impact of that across the whole service. Thank you to everyone for the pride you take in your work and the home that you've created for my mum.

Mornington Hall is a very special place. My friend has been a resident for about 6 months. I find the staff very caring, patient and kind, the place is always clean. I have also observed that the residents are treated with dignity and respect, their meals are served with the person in mind and also given a choice of menu. All in all this is a place I would recommend to anyone.

Dad has been in home for 15 months and is very happy there. Staff are very friendly and professional. Very clean and always made welcome. Lots of entertainment provided the home has its own hairdressers. No complaints at all

I cannot fault Albany in their care and support to my husband. The staff are all wonderful and I felt he was so well looked after

The meals provided are also of a good quality.

Overall it was comforting to know that he was in a safe place for what proved to be his last weeks.

My mum seems well cared for. She is involved in activities and gets to go out on trips. My mother appears to be in a better health condition and displays improved cognitive abilities.

I cannot praise this care home enough for all their help and care for my mother. Their support to me has helped to navigate through a difficult time and situation. There is always a warm welcome when I visit my mum, and I am always updated about her health either on visits or by phone. Brook House is a beautiful and well run care home. I thoroughly recommend it.

The staff went to a lot of effort to ensure my mum was comfortable in her last few days, and that we were able to be with her and say goodbye. The staff care a lot and we are very grateful for the support my mum received during her stay at Mornington Hall.

Pamela was here for 2 1/2 years. All the staff showed kindness and consideration throughout Pam's stay. I have been very happy with Pam's care throughout her time at Mornington Hall. The last few weeks of her life were especially demanding and the staff did all they could to care and comfort her and showed compassion and concern.

From the first time I entered Acorn Lodge, I just knew this was the one for Dad. It's extremley clean well maintained. You hear of so many horror stories of care homes. However Acorn Lodge is a 11/10 the staff were so dedicated, friendly, thats from the activities staff, nurses, carers, cleaners, office staff and management. I could not have wished for a better (Dad) to have spent there. Sadly Dad died on the 27th June 2026 age 91 I would always be the first to Acorn Lodge your amazing
