We as a family are very happy with the excellent care/support given to my sister. All the staff are polite and very caring. The care home is always clean and my sister's rooms constantly spotless. I always visit her without informing them and everyone time, I go there, she is always clean,happy and well looked after. The overall support/care given to her and other residents is always excellent. She treated like a family within them. The food given to them is healthy and nutritious.

Overall it was comforting to know that he was in a safe place for what proved to be his last weeks.

My mum seems well cared for. She is involved in activities and gets to go out on trips. My mother appears to be in a better health condition and displays improved cognitive abilities.

I cannot praise this care home enough for all their help and care for my mother. Their support to me has helped to navigate through a difficult time and situation. There is always a warm welcome when I visit my mum, and I am always updated about her health either on visits or by phone. Brook House is a beautiful and well run care home. I thoroughly recommend it.

The staff went to a lot of effort to ensure my mum was comfortable in her last few days, and that we were able to be with her and say goodbye. The staff care a lot and we are very grateful for the support my mum received during her stay at Mornington Hall.

Pamela was here for 2 1/2 years. All the staff showed kindness and consideration throughout Pam's stay. I have been very happy with Pam's care throughout her time at Mornington Hall. The last few weeks of her life were especially demanding and the staff did all they could to care and comfort her and showed compassion and concern.

From the first time I entered Acorn Lodge, I just knew this was the one for Dad. It's extremley clean well maintained. You hear of so many horror stories of care homes. However Acorn Lodge is a 11/10 the staff were so dedicated, friendly, thats from the activities staff, nurses, carers, cleaners, office staff and management. I could not have wished for a better (Dad) to have spent there. Sadly Dad died on the 27th June 2026 age 91 I would always be the first to Acorn Lodge your amazing

The care seems to be very good, there are plenty of staff on site and are always visible. We visited during lunchtime and the food looks good too. The home is in a clean state too.

The true strength of Mornington Care Home is its staff, who were all caring, compassionate and responsive to the needs of the individual. The activities that were arranged for the residents were good, and the organised events/parties were a brilliant opportunity for the residents to spend time with their family. I am grateful to all the staff for making my dad's stay such a happy one.
