Mornington Hall Care Home

My husband has been in Mornington Hall since August. I find the care home very good. The staff + nurses are very helpful + polite and make sure that my husband is comfortable. My husband is ok in there and gets on well with the staff.

It also a relief for my family & myself.

Mornington Hall is a very special place. My friend has been a resident for about 6 months. I find the staff very caring, patient and kind, the place is always clean. I have also observed that the residents are treated with dignity and respect, their meals are served with the person in mind and also given a choice of menu. All in all this is a place I would recommend to anyone.

The staff went to a lot of effort to ensure my mum was comfortable in her last few days, and that we were able to be with her and say goodbye. The staff care a lot and we are very grateful for the support my mum received during her stay at Mornington Hall.

Thankyou to all the staff at Mornington Hall for looking after our wonderful mother with such love and dignity especially in her last few days. We are very grateful for all your support.

Pamela was here for 2 1/2 years. All the staff showed kindness and consideration throughout Pam's stay. I have been very happy with Pam's care throughout her time at Mornington Hall. The last few weeks of her life were especially demanding and the staff did all they could to care and comfort her and showed compassion and concern.

The care seems to be very good, there are plenty of staff on site and are always visible. We visited during lunchtime and the food looks good too. The home is in a clean state too.

The true strength of Mornington Care Home is its staff, who were all caring, compassionate and responsive to the needs of the individual. The activities that were arranged for the residents were good, and the organised events/parties were a brilliant opportunity for the residents to spend time with their family. I am grateful to all the staff for making my dad's stay such a happy one.

We cannot thank the staff at Mornington Hall enough for the care they gave my dad. The care home was always clean and tidy, the food was nutritious, plentiful and nice.

My brother received excellent treatment during his time here. He never complained and seems very happy. I would like to thank all the staff members for taking care of him.

My mum strayed in Mornington Hall Care Home for nearly 3 years. (August 2023 - April 2026) She had great service. The staff are very kind and looked after my mum really well. They normally celebrate all the festivals and inviting us for the celebrations. My mum really enjoyed the time she spent here until she passed. Our family is so grateful to all the staff who work in the care home. I would recommend the care home for my friends and relatives.

My mother in law stayed in the care home for nearly 3 years. She had really good service she enjoyed her stay in here. The staff are so good, kind and helpful. They looked after her really well. They let us celebrate her birthday party her.They provided the party rooms. They always welcome the visitors.They do lots of activities. They always suggest to us to do the additional services like massaging, hairdresser, nails etc. Thank you so much.

My brother is a resident of this care home and I am so happy and relieved. The staff never stop taking care of the residents and always keep them entertained. They have a fantastic event organiser who arranges great parties for the residents and their families to enjoy. It has a wonderful ambience and a friendly staff and management.

Mum was transferred to Mornington Hall from hospital. All the facilities are excellent, and the staff were very attentive and caring for mum while she was here, and very respectful towards our family when she passed away.

My mother in law was transferred here, she was not here that long, but the home and staff was excellent in always until she passed, We couldn't thank them enough.
