Mornington Hall Care Home provide residential, nursing, dementia and respite care for up to 120 adults over the age of 65.

The home offers a home-from-home environment, with a team of care professionals dedicated to making each resident feel comfortable and safe. The team strive to maintain residents' independence as much as possible and help them to make the most of each day, making sure they have choice over their care and how they want to live.

The team work in collaboration with health professionals and the community to deliver care that meets each resident's unique needs and reflects their preferred lifestyle.

Inside the home, you'll find rooms that are well presented and homely, each offering ensuite facilities. There is also a spacious dining area and cosy living areas for residents to relax and enjoy some down time, as well as a cinema room.

The home is conveniently located with good access to public transport links, making it easy for loved ones to visit and for residents who are able to get out and about to enjoy the local area.

Great caring, kind and helpful carers and nurses and other staff. My mum is really happy in her stay here. We visit to my mum everyday. the services are same everyday. They do parties and celebrations for all the festivals regardless of religion and culture. very clean care home. Im so happy with their

My brother lives at Mornington Hall care home for a couple of years now, and the staff and service is wonderful.
The staff is ready always to help when needed. Also the activities is phenomenal. I'm happy that my brother is herein such a lovely place.

I wish to say a big thank you to all the staff and nurses who looked very well after our mum while she was in your home with you all. You make her comfortable. We are grateful to the nurses who were there and the senior carer both were there at her last moment. They comforted us and making my mum comfortable.

the place is very transparent and friendly. The staff are very professional and the care and support provided by the staff is excellent. The room is clean, my mom is treated with respect and dignity and she feels at peace here and she has improved after coming here. The food and facilities are excellent.
The services are value for money. I want my mum to spend her finals days at Mornington care Home.

I had reservation on homes as we never experienced homes. After the initial concerns, I have been pleasantly surprised by the level of care by the staff. The staff take excellent care. The decor could do with some TLC.

I and often my hustand have visited the resident who is our close friend nearly every week since she came to Mornington Hall. At every visit we have found the staff warm, helpful and friendly, creating an atmosphere of calm and security. Those concerned with activities are particularly brilliant in
terms of getting residents active, in collective activities. Every festival holiday is celebrated with imagination, enthusiasm and care, involving residents to a level it's hard to believe, but clearly achievable. All the workers here deserve our appreciation and thanks.

My father suffers with vascular dementia and advanced Alzeimers with BPSD. The move into Mornington Hall in January 2025 followed a long spell within Newham MH Services. He seemed calm and settled in his new surroundings quickly. The accommodation is good, clean and bright (window onto garden) with
all the necessary equipment required to make him feel safe and comfortable. The care staff and nurses are always very welcoming, caring, helpful and friendly. My father's needs are attended to quickly and professionally with dignity. Thank you for giving us back some peace of mind.

Betty is made to feel very welcome in the care home. She was an independent person and sometimes difficult to make friends with but she seemed as happy as she could be in a care home. I received regular calls from staff regarding her wellbeing and of any concerns regarding her health.

I found all the staff and nursing team, so kind and considerate to my aunt and myself, nothing is too much trouble. Every time I rang, somebody was able to give me information and I didn't feel rushed. I could see clearly that there is care and consideration. And I felt and still feel that my aunt was
in very safe hands. I cannot thank everybody enough for all the care given, it means a lot to me.
