Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
I have been on deck for two months and have had plenty of opportunities to watch how things are done. I have been impressed with the way staff manage difficult residents, staying patient and collected although I am sure the stress levels must have been high.
Even more amazing are the residents themselves
on Level 2, who look out for each other and show compassion and support by encouraging each other to participate in the activities and try and communicate with each other.


On activity days, the residents are keen to participate and nothing can beat song, dance (for some!) and music not to mention art or flower decoration. On the whole, the atmosphere is a happy one.
