Warm friendly staff. Nice atmosphere.

I have been visiting a friend in Cedars twice a week for the past year. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by friendly, caring staff. All the carers, nurses, domestic, catering and maintenance staff are a delight and a credit to the care profession. They take time to talk, listen and understand residents' individual needs. The activities are well thought out, interactive and fun. Residents are encouraged to join in. It would be wonderful if all care homes were of this standard. A big thank you to all the staff.

I've had a very positive impression of Cedars Care Centre in Barnet, North London. The staff are kind, attentive and clearly dedicated to providing compassionate care in a warm and welcoming environment. The home feels clean, comfortable, and well-run, with residents treated with dignity and respect.

Really happy with care my nan is receiving at the care home, everyone looks out for her, and attentive to her needs. She enjoys the entertainment, and keeping busy and the day trips to the local church.

Following the passing of my husband, my daughter and I were invited at Cedar Care's Christmas celebrations. The lounge was beautifully adorned featuring xmas tree and tasteful festive decorations. From the moment we arrived, staff and management extended warmth, compassion and gracious hospitality, continuing to provide comfort and support during a profoundly difficult time. Throughout and before the event, we were deeply impressed by the staff's genuine attentiveness to the residents, particularly their thoughtful encouragement of those who were hesitant to dine. Cedar Care exemplifies the true meaning of community and compassion. It is a place where residents and their families and treated with dignity, kindness and sincere sense of belonging.

The staff at Cedars are kind, patient and so caring. I can't thank them enough for how amazing they were with my mother. There were times when I would visit, and a carer would be sitting with her holding her hand. I visited other homes, but as soon as I entered Cedars, and felt the warmth, I knew it was the right place for mum. It is bright, and welcoming, and has a beautiful garden, where we spent lots of time, in the summer.

The facilities and staff are fantastic. Its great to know our father is so well looked after.

Always welcomed upon arrival to visit auntie. Auntie is well and happy, settled and well cared for. The staff are always happy to update us on Auntie's health and well being. Thank you.

Due to my father's health at 92 years of age, living at home was not an option. Cedars Care Centre, after reviewing, was our first choice. Dad has been very happy since arriving, and this has made life so much easier for his family. And would have no problem recommending this care home to anyone.

We are very pleased with the care Mum is receiving at Cedars. The staff are very caring. Mum is kept motivated; there is always something going on. The home has recently been redecorated, and the garden is beautiful. Mum is well looked after, physically and mentally, which puts our minds at rest.

I have always found the care home and its staff to be first class. Attentive, nothing is too much trouble and he residents are always their top priority,

My mum settled in very well into Cedars Care Home. All the carers and staff do an amazing job. A great refurbish of Cedars too, very welcoming.

I always felt very welcome whenever I visited and the staff were always concerned as to how I was. I got to know them all very well and they always had a smile.

Our dad has been in Cedars for 3 weeks now and we cannot say enough good things about it. All the staff are very friendly and clearly look after everyone so well. Dad always has a smile on his face each time we come to visit.

My father has been so well looked after, fantastic home with excellent staff. After weeks in hospital he was so weak and unhappy, but within two weeks at Cedars he looked well and so healthy and was so much happier in himself.

Friendly and warm atmosphere. Lovely staff, activites are great with humour and love. All residents are well looked after, with a smile and empathy. It's a joy to come and visit my auntie, to have a cup of tea and cake with her. Nothing is too much for the staff. My auntie always praises the staff.

The home is amazing. Warm and friendly. Staff are well-trained and care about their positions and want to make the residents happy. A lot of effort is put into treats and trips. The staff are generous and go out of their way to make everyone have a good experience. It is a 10/10 from me.
