My mother has been in Poplars since 1st July and I cannot rate them highly enough. The staff are fantastic. Mum has become very fond of many of them. They all treat her with loving care and respect, recognising when she needs emotional attention, spending extra time with her. The choice of food is excellent and regular tea, coffee and fruit juice is given to residents mid morning and afternoon. If she wants 'an extra cuppa' they will make it for her. Mum likes going to the lounge where she has become friendly with other residents. There are daily activities there or they sit and chat. Mum's health is constantly checked by nurses and carers with a GP visit weekly.

I am happy that she is in a safe environment and well cared for.

Having had experience of other care homes in the past I rate Poplars as the best.

We have always found staff kind and caring. Everyone seems to know Wendy by name.

Every time I visit my friend, he is always tidy & well-groomed. his room is clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I can clearly see the difference between the place where he lived before & where he is now. The standard of care provided at The Poplars is excellent.

My brother has been in the 'care' of Belmont since 2019; his wife died and what next? Belmont was recommended and wow! The best! Len has been so well looked after his wife Evelyn would have been so comforted xxx

We are very happy with the care our mum receives at Woodlands. The staff are fantastic and genuinely care about all of their residents and making sure their individual needs are met. We are kept updated regularly with mum's care plan and we, as a family, enjoy seeing mum take part in activities/outings through the home's social media pages. It is lovely to see how mum has settled here and how content she looks. The staff work very hard at creating a homely environment which makes it feel very welcoming when visiting.

Lovely clean welcoming care home. individual rooms are clean and adequate with opportunities and encouragement to personalise them. Activities are fabulous - varied, well organised, interesting and fully inclusive

The staff in Ash Court Care Centre go above and beyond for their residents. Particularly Priscilla who always makes time to chat with us and the residents we are never in the dark about what's going on. Would definitely recommend Ash Court.

I think Ash Court is excellent. It is clean, safe, warm and managed with skill and empathy. My aunt is very well cared for and feels safe. The communication is good and I feel very comfortable and confident that my aunt is in the right place. The staff seem to genuinely care and know her well. I believe the home is well managed. Priscilla and Rodica are caring, articulate, warm and positive. A 5 star review!

Can I just take this opportunity to thank the carers at Pinehurst Care Home. Mom has been there for a couple of years but had a couple of months over the summer where she was all over the place with her dementia, anxiety and health. The carers at Pinehurst are amazing individuals and put mom first in all of their decisions even if it meant running upstairs to her more than several times in the night! Vicki (deputy manager) is kind and caring and worked tirelessly to get mom's care right including us finally moving her to another room which is more accessible for her and her care. Everyone mom's side of the house (too many to mention in case I miss someone out) and the night staff who we never see but work tirelessly to support the residents. Thank you

When this happened I think we were lucky to find Hassingham, and it has helped all the family to cope with the situation.

My wife has now been at Hassingham House for 14 months with a dementia diagnosis. Over that time she has received, in my view, the best care I could have hoped for. This is mainly down to the dedication and commitment of all staff in delivering that care. They are patient, empathetic and focussed on the wellbeing of every resident.
