Forest Healthcare's vision is to transform the perception and experience of care from something driven out of necessity to something that represents a positive choice for improved quality of life.

Forest Healthcare provides specialist residential, nursing and dementia care for over 650 residents across South East England. Since opening their first home in 1994 they have grown and now employ over 1000 highly skilled workers whose primary role is to provide clients and families with the very best person-centred care available.

In addition to providing high quality 24-hour residential nursing care for elderly persons aged 65 to 100 years and over, they offer respite, postoperative care and crisis intervention services. Several of their facilities cater to younger clients aged 18 and above, including those suffering from neurological and spinal conditions. Other facilities offer more specialist care for conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, MS, brain injuries, stroke rehabilitation and challenging behaviour.

As a group, Forest Healthcare runs 13 individual care centres in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, London and Norfolk. Their Centre Managers are all vastly experienced and have proven track records in the care industry. They are supported by a dedicated Operational Care Team, many of whom were former Centre Managers themselves.

Their primary objective is to improve the quality of life of the people they care for. They seek to promote independence, choice and dignity of the individual and believe that people must be safe and secure at all times, whilst providing a relaxed and stimulating environment that motivates them to live a full and happy life.

Sadly my Dad has just passed away at Warren Lodge after nearly two years of superb care. Right up to the end. He was looked after so well, from the moment he went in there in Jan 2024 - he didn't want to leave. He was very comfortable. Always washed, dressed and shaved. The house and grounds are so
large and beautiful. The events programme is fabulous - party's and singalongs and special themed events. I have just come back from the Christmas Lights switch on with a live singer. But it's the management and care staff that really make this a wonderful place to be in. A lot of the carers have been there for years and you can see are happy there. Which means that the residents are calm, content and well cared for. I really couldn't fault it and I'm so glad that my dad had such kind care in his last years. I will miss Warren Lodge and all the Angels that work there.

All the staff are always extreemly friendly and helpful, they take great care of the residents, and are always quick to help sort out any issues. They always keep you well informed on problems the resident might have for health or comfort. All the staff deal with the residents with great kindness and
consideration but still retaining profesionalism and high standards. (A team you can be proud of)

My mum has now been a resident at Woodlands Park for three and a half years. They have taken great care of her during that time and, as her condition has progressed, have adapted their support to her increasing needs. They have recently obtained a special chair for her which ensures her comfort and
support at all times.
The feeling at Woodlands Park is one of love and care in a real home setting and we wouldn't want Mum to be anywhere else.

Dear wonderful Ash Court care team,
On behalf of my sister and myself, and our extended families, I write to thank you for all the care that each one of you has given to our dearest mother, in the last year of her life. You cared for her and for us as her children, showed us respect and compassion
in the most challenging of times.
Thank you for all the hard work, professionalism and humanity.
Despite the world seeming to be in a dark place, people like you bring inspiration, and shine the torch of hope each and everyday.
We are working on the next steps, and we will try to fulfill her end of life wishes, to the very end, knowing that she is now caring for us from afar, and so much closer to her loving parents, in heaven.
Warmest regards, and take care of yourselves.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Woodlands Park to anyone who is looking for a home away from home for a relative. It's never easy making the decision to place a loved one in a home but the carers and staff at Woodlands have helped make the transition for our mum a great experience. The kindness and
compassion shown to the residents and their families is second to none. I live in America so knowing that my mum is being taken care of so well, treated like family and helped to rediscover a quality of life gives me so much peace of mind. My sister and father are able to visit whenever they want, and tea and cake are always offered - it's like our father's second home! You really can't ask for better than that .

My nanny has recently moved to Woodlands Park and the staff have been so welcoming and caring. Sadly my nan has deteriorated quickly but knowing she is in this home gives me some sort of comfort as everyone is so caring, especially with a (slightly) tricky resident.. They have worked tirelessly to build
up my nans strength to the point where she can now spend her days downstairs mingling with the other people living there and enjoy the activities that are put on and even have her nails painted in her favourite colour. Thank you to all the staff at Woodlands for all that you do.

Everyone is really kind - to me but also to my wife. They explain how things are, they're very polite, everyone always greets you. Melody is always really chatty, I feel very welcome and at home when I come to visit. I've never felt restricted on when I can visit, they are always happy for you to pop
in without arranging it, you're never made to feel unwelcome. My wife is always well cared for, she looks neat and tidy and smells good! she can't do anything at all for herself, so you can see she's being looked after by everyone at Warren Lodge. The events are really lovely for all the family. My wife is at the stage that she can't appreciate them but we are always invited to join in, which gives us important family time that we wouldn't otherwise get. They do a great job including us all. The interior displays on the dementia unit are really good, fun to look at, even for me! Goce, Melissa, Kate, Edith, Charne and all the team are wonderful, thank you everyone for all you do.

We came to visit our family member who has been at the home for a little while now. We arrived on a coffee-morning day and were so pleasantly surprised by the choice of activities and the care the activities team provided. The Activities Lead was a very kind man who sat with us and explained the range
of activities they do. Seeing the smile on my cousin's face made us so happy.
The manager was a lovely, friendly lady who took the time to speak with us and made us feel very welcome. Overall, we had a fantastic morning at Hassingham House, the cakes were great and the staff were amazing.
Keep up the good work. Thank you x

I recently visited a friend who lives at Hassingham House in Hingham, UK, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of care I witnessed. The staff were warm, attentive, and clearly dedicated to making residents feel comfortable and respected. It was especially nice to see that my friend had real choice
in what he wanted to eat, which made the environment feel much more personal and homely. Overall, it was a very positive experience and reassuring to know that my friend is being so well cared for.

Sadly my Mum was only able to enjoy her time at Grace Manor briefly but she loved her room, which overlooked the front garden, for a relatively short time before she passed away. However, in that brief time we found all of the team at Grace Manor to be very welcoming, helpful, caring and efficient and
when my brother and sister-in-law visited Mum at Grace Manor they came away feeling very positive and commented that it was the happiest that they had seen her for several years. We have no hesitation in recommending Grace Manor.
