Poplar nursing home are warm, attentive, and genuinely compassionate, always going above and beyond to ensure my dad feels comfortable, safe, and valued.
The level of care provided is truly outstanding. Every member of staff treats residents with dignity and kindness, and it's clear they take great
pride in what they do. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and they are always happy to offer reassurance and support, not just to the residents but to family members as well.

We've been really pleased with the care our father-in-law has received since moving in. He settled in much quicker than we expected, which is a real testament to the welcoming and supportive environment. The staff have been kind, attentive, and patient with him, taking the time to understand his needs
and make him feel comfortable. It's reassuring to see him happy and well looked after. Thank you to the whole team for the care and compassion you show every day.

We as a family are so pleased to pick Ash Court to look after Helen. The staff were fantastic helping Helen adjust to her new home, all the staff are very professional - kind they also worry about us the family, there is always activities/days out going on, or if you choose just a quiet afternoon you
can. We are always kept up to date with anything concerning Helen, on a whole Ash Court has taken us all in as one big family, all the above is achieved by having the wonderful, kind, professional Priescilla at the top. She is she is without a doubt made for her role in Ash Court.

My wife was admitted for assessent of her mental (she has alzheimers) and physical needs. The staff, everyone of them, are friendly, caring and very professional. Their care plan, consisting of thirty pages, is very impressive and the staff do everything in accordance with that plan.

On visiting the care home this week I was struck by the upbeat atmosphere I felt on arrival. Most areas have been refurbished and are very pleasant to be in. I think this has helped residents and staff to remain upbeat themselves, hence the atmosphere.
I know this must be incredibly difficult to achieve
given the daily challenges, massive credit must go to the management and staff for making this happen, real teamwork.
Keep up the good work.

I have been visiting a friend in Cedars twice a week for the past year. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by friendly, caring staff. All the carers, nurses, domestic, catering and maintenance staff are a delight and a credit to the care profession. They take time to talk, listen and understand
residents' individual needs. The activities are well thought out, interactive and fun. Residents are encouraged to join in. It would be wonderful if all care homes were of this standard. A big thank you to all the staff.

The improvement in my mother's overall wellbeing having moved to Grace Manor from where she was previously was nothing short of amazing. Both my grandmother and uncle have been residents of Grace Manor so I knew it would be better for her. The care is first rate and my mother is very happy there. The
staff are excellent, I have no issues and would recommend the Manor to anyone seeking care facilities for a loved one.

Bridgeside Lodge is a warm, welcoming care home. Which begins with humanity and care that Fatma's (Manager) leadership offers. Compassion, kindness and warmth is present everywhere and I could not ask for a more safe, protected place for my partner to live out their final days. The turnover of staff
is low, which reflects the strong leadership, training and support. This is very important for continuity of care for the residence at Bridgeside Lodge. I could not recommend Bridgeside Lodge highly enough. Please keep up the good work!

In March 2025 my close friend moved to Bridgeside, after years of being cared for at home; she has dementia and Alzheimers, is bed bound, and is wholly dependent on carers for all her needs. Over the last year she has received excellent care. The management team, led with warmth, imagination and efficiency
by Fatma, not only welcomed her, but also allowed her to bring her cat. And now there are also resident Bridgeside cats, who are a great comfort and an important therapy. It has been a joy to have musicians from the Spitz charity playing often in public spaces and in resident's rooms. Unlike other homes we considered, the ratio of carers to residents makes it possible for carers to build a relationship with residents - especially important for dementia. We are indebted to Dee for her kindness and medical skill. Also to Yvette for organising such imaginative activities. And most of all to Fatma.
