Absolutely charming Christmas celebration in the gorgeous corner room overlooking the canal. We watched the sky change colour over the water and had the accompaniment of three perfect kittens, wonderful companions to the residents. The staff as always were warm and welcoming and the logistics impeccably
executed. Everything we would want for our beloved aunt who is part of this special community. Thank you so much!

My mother is given the most extraordinary care at Bridgeside Lodge. The team are exceptional and Fatma is a wonder! We are so happy that my mother is so content. The live music has been especially impactful for my mother and the peaceful canalside location with ample outdoor space is a wonderful gift.
Fatma
is a thoughtful and mindful manager and carer but also incredibly meticulous in her work.

Having visited Ash Court this week I was delighted to see improvements to the internal of the building creating a bright fresh feel.
The staff continue to do an amazing job in what are obviously on many occasions difficult circumstances.
A special mention for the leadership team, their continued dedication
and enthusiasm is vitally important in giving the residents the best service they possibly can.
Keep up the great work.

Dear wonderful Ash Court care team,
On behalf of my sister and myself, and our extended families, I write to thank you for all the care that each one of you has given to our dearest mother, in the last year of her life. You cared for her and for us as her children, showed us respect and compassion
in the most challenging of times.
Thank you for all the hard work, professionalism and humanity.
Despite the world seeming to be in a dark place, people like you bring inspiration, and shine the torch of hope each and everyday.
We are working on the next steps, and we will try to fulfill her end of life wishes, to the very end, knowing that she is now caring for us from afar, and so much closer to her loving parents, in heaven.
Warmest regards, and take care of yourselves.

Ana has settled in very well at Bridgeside, considering the huge changes to people, scenery and routine. Carers do their best to keep Ana safe and acknowledged. The staff are all polite and professional. Especially Fatima and Hawa! The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The cleaning team do an exceptional
job. 'The Spitz' interactions and activities are second to none and the addition of kittens was a brilliant decision. Ana loves Oakley.

I would like to say thank you to the management and staff at St Anne's Care Home for the comfort and peace of mind that my dad is being well taken care of, and also that he looks strong and healthy and seems very happy! He has been a resident for over five years, and I love the genuine connection that
the staff have developed with him and his fellow residents, it's really nice to see. At this present time I am out of the country, however I've been kept up to date with my dad's will-being and any changers within the care home, I truly appreciate this, thank you again.

The staff at Cedars are kind, patient and so caring. I can't thank them enough for how amazing they were with my mother. There were times when I would visit, and a carer would be sitting with her holding her hand. I visited other homes, but as soon as I entered Cedars, and felt the warmth, I knew
it was the right place for mum. It is bright, and welcoming, and has a beautiful garden, where we spent lots of time, in the summer.

Lovely staff - friendly, kind and efficient.

Recent improvements to the communal areas have made Ash Court a much more comfortable and attractive environment.

The manager is a very cheerful, helpful and effective leader.

My mum receives excellent care. She is safe and well looked after, and

it has been a great weight off my mind to know she is in good hands.

A word of thanks to Moise (I hope I've spelled his name correctly) who makes mum laugh - it's a real pleasure to see him work with such good humour and warmth.
