My partner has lived Bridgeside Lodge for almost a year. It is a truly unique and OUTSTANDING Care Home. The Management Team go above and beyond looking after the Residents - they include friends and family members. It has truly become an extended family. I will be forever grateful for Bridgeside Lodge
and fought tooth and nail for my partner to stay there now his money has run out. I have been supported throughout this long battle. EXCELLENT and WONDERFUL Care Home. Thank you so much.

The activities lead manager and staff provide an excellent service engage my husband in participating in all activities. The care home provided a safe environment.

My mother has been in The Cedars for a few months and at first she was a little unsettled but the staff have done their upmost to help her settle. Everyone is caring and they get to know the resident to understand their needs. There is always a lovely atmosphere, with residents and visitors and we feel
like a little community/family. Nurses are always on hand if you have any concerns and go above and beyond to look after the resident if they are ill.

My late husband received wonderful care from the minute he entered Cedars Care Centre to his final days. The care and attention was just incredible. Nothing was too much trouble. From the Management staff, Nursing Staff, Carers,
Housekeeping Staff, Office staff and Kitchen Staff the kindness and
care shown was outstanding.
I always felt very welcome whenever I visited and the staff were always concerned as to how I was. I got to know them all very well and they always had a smile.

The manageress and staff were extremely kind and thoughtful throughout the process of seeing my partner into the home. Their supportive attitude made it possible for him feel welcomed and to settle in smoothly, and helped me although this stressful and difficult period. Despite his condition and lack
of awareness he remains cheerful and enjoys some activities especially the musicians visits and jazz style sing a longs.

Mum is really blessed to live here. She is always happy & comfortable when we visit. She gets on so well with the staff. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They organised a nice birthday lunch for mum, she was so happy. Mum's room is always fresh & clean & so is the whole home. It is nice to sit
in the lovely garden with Mum. She also enjoys the live music events. The management is very friendly & approachable.

My mum has been in BSL for many years in BSL first floor her carers and nurse are absolutely outstanding. Myself and all the my siblings are so relaxed knowing our mums being so well cared for. I highly recommend BSL and can not speak highly enough for all her care. The staff go above and beyond on
a daily basis. Mum attends daily activities and garden bbq's for all the family. 10/10 so very grateful.

Every time I visit my Friend which isn't to often, I find her well looked after and happy, she's always smiling and seems to have a good relationship with her carers, especially the lady from activities who makes her laugh, she brings us tea and biscuits and always makes sure we're both comfortable,
she says she has full trust in her. The rest of the staff are also very nice and I'm always made to feel welcome. It brightens my heart to know she is so cared for. I'd definitely recommend St. Anne's to anyone.

My mum has dementia and every time I visit her she is smiling which I believe comes from the care and attention the staff at Ash Cout Care Centre give her. They are very caring and patient with Mum which results in her being happy in her last period of life. Thank you all.

My mother in law currently resides at Ash Court Care Centre. Before she moved there she was deteriorating, her mental health (dementia) was in decline. Since she has been at Ash Court she has improved so much, she is thriving, she is happy. The staff are brilliant and the manager has played a massive
part in her improvement and is responsible for the happy and positive environment at Ash Court. I am trying to get my mum in there, she has dementia.

I visited the home earlier this week. As always I was impressed with the vibrant feel on arrival.
All the staff seem very welcoming and dedicated to the most demanding of jobs.
Huge credit should go to the management team as I would think motivational skills are extremely important to achieve the
environment that exists within the home.
Keep up the great work !
