Dear wonderful Ash Court care team,
On behalf of my sister and myself, and our extended families, I write to thank you for all the care that each one of you has given to our dearest mother, in the last year of her life. You cared for her and for us as her children, showed us respect and compassion
in the most challenging of times.
Thank you for all the hard work, professionalism and humanity.
Despite the world seeming to be in a dark place, people like you bring inspiration, and shine the torch of hope each and everyday.
We are working on the next steps, and we will try to fulfill her end of life wishes, to the very end, knowing that she is now caring for us from afar, and so much closer to her loving parents, in heaven.
Warmest regards, and take care of yourselves.

Ana has settled in very well at Bridgeside, considering the huge changes to people, scenery and routine. Carers do their best to keep Ana safe and acknowledged. The staff are all polite and professional. Especially Fatima and Hawa! The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The cleaning team do an exceptional
job. 'The Spitz' interactions and activities are second to none and the addition of kittens was a brilliant decision. Ana loves Oakley.

I would like to say thank you to the management and staff at St Anne's Care Home for the comfort and peace of mind that my dad is being well taken care of, and also that he looks strong and healthy and seems very happy! He has been a resident for over five years, and I love the genuine connection that
the staff have developed with him and his fellow residents, it's really nice to see. At this present time I am out of the country, however I've been kept up to date with my dad's will-being and any changers within the care home, I truly appreciate this, thank you again.

The staff at Cedars are kind, patient and so caring. I can't thank them enough for how amazing they were with my mother. There were times when I would visit, and a carer would be sitting with her holding her hand. I visited other homes, but as soon as I entered Cedars, and felt the warmth, I knew
it was the right place for mum. It is bright, and welcoming, and has a beautiful garden, where we spent lots of time, in the summer.

Lovely staff - friendly, kind and efficient.

Recent improvements to the communal areas have made Ash Court a much more comfortable and attractive environment.

The manager is a very cheerful, helpful and effective leader.

My mum receives excellent care. She is safe and well looked after, and

it has been a great weight off my mind to know she is in good hands.

A word of thanks to Moise (I hope I've spelled his name correctly) who makes mum laugh - it's a real pleasure to see him work with such good humour and warmth.

I have had a very positive experience with the Manager and all staff at Bridgeside Lodge during my brothers stay for 5 years. The Manager has always been a very approachable, friendly person and always remained professional in all areas. The staff have always shown empathy towards my brother and cared
for him in a professional manner getting to know him and protecting his dignity at all times. He loved the activities available especially the singing group. Words cant really express my gratitude to all involved in my brother's care and even after his death the Manager has been supportive.
A big thank you.

After viewing several other local care homes. We decided to go with Cedar, for the following reasons:
Lovely, caring and well trained staff.
Super clean and well decorated building.
Great entertainment and activities for residence.
Including outside entertainers, performing live.
Lovely gardens.
Absolutely the right choice for mother!

Due to my father's health at 92 years of age, living at home was not an option. Cedars Care Centre, after reviewing, was our first choice. Dad has been very happy since arriving, and this has made life so much easier for his family. And would have no problem recommending this care home to anyone.

Always a positive experience visiting my mother. Despite her being frail, all the staff encourage her to be active, which really helps her physical and mental heath. Lots of activities that families can attend, and the staff genuinely care. Thanks to one member of staff, my mother's wrestling knowledge
has also improved!
