Staff here are lovely, people who genuinely care, the nurses, management, carers and everyone else involved day to day are amazing and I couldn't fault them, I know my nan is very happy here, we as a family have definitely chosen the right place & we can't thank everyone enough.

He came to the home in a sorry state after 14 Weeks in hospital, who gave him a very short life expectancy upon discharge (weeks at most), but with persistence and teamwork between the staff and myself we've got him eating/drinking again- which was a major achievement. All his nursing team work tirelessly to give him the best care and quality of life they possibly can. Whilst I'm there almost every day, I'd have no fears of leaving him in their safe and capable hands if I had to. The two key care staff (I call them the two H's !) , one of which is my husband's key worker, should be singled out for special mention as they really strive to make him feel safe, secure and comfortable.

Very pleased with the care home.My mum seems very happy here.The staff are extremely friendly and caring.It's good to know that she is getting the 24 hour care she needs and deserves.Pleased that she is participating in activities and making new friends.

Since being in Grace Manor my mum has rec'd excellent care. Staff always have time to talk over any concerns. Its obvious my mums care is always their main concerns. I'm very happy with everything that Grace Manor provides.

The level of care provided is truly outstanding. Every member of staff treats residents with dignity and kindness, and it's clear they take great pride in what they do. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and they are always happy to offer reassurance and support, not just to the residents but to family members as well.

We've been really pleased with the care our father-in-law has received since moving in. He settled in much quicker than we expected, which is a real testament to the welcoming and supportive environment. The staff have been kind, attentive, and patient with him, taking the time to understand his needs and make him feel comfortable. It's reassuring to see him happy and well looked after. Thank you to the whole team for the care and compassion you show every day.

Very pleased with the care for my mum since she has been here.

My wife was admitted for assessent of her mental (she has alzheimers) and physical needs. The staff, everyone of them, are friendly, caring and very professional. Their care plan, consisting of thirty pages, is very impressive and the staff do everything in accordance with that plan.

My mum moved into Poplars 7th February. She loves it. Food excellent, care outstanding nothing too much trouble. Mum loves trips out hairdresser nails. Fam can visit anytime of day. My sister loves she bring her dogs into visit. Love this place 5 stars all the way.

The improvement in my mother's overall wellbeing having moved to Grace Manor from where she was previously was nothing short of amazing. Both my grandmother and uncle have been residents of Grace Manor so I knew it would be better for her. The care is first rate and my mother is very happy there. The staff are excellent, I have no issues and would recommend the Manor to anyone seeking care facilities for a loved one.

Mum enjoys being there shes settled in nicely. She loves it when they doing dancing activities or when the children and babies come in. All the carers have got to know her well and what her needs are.

Its very reasuring she is safe and being well looked after .

Lovely quiet surroundings with a garden view room. Staff have been very pleasant and helpful even prior to mums placement and thereafter knowledgeable on planning requirements / needs and advice, taking ownership of decisions and communicating necessary details to various parties for ongoing care. So pleased that we managed to find mum a place here

The Poplars care home in Maidstone has looked after my 100 year old mother for the final 2 months of her life. I'm so glad she got a place here. The staff are so lovely and kind and caring, both towards the residents and towards their relatives. I felt totally supported by them, and I know Mum did too. There are daily activities for those well enough to do them and even those who are bedridden can have their hair and nails done, and are visited by the activities organiser. Nothing is too much trouble for anybody here. I recommend The Poplars completely.

The care staff here are wonderful and always have been in the almost 2 years since she has been here. I feel extremely lucky to have found this place when I did. Laughter is the best medicine and we get that often and it cheers me up and used to for her.

My Dad was a resident at Grace Manor, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care and support he received from everyone we encountered there. The home itself is in an excellent location with ample parking, superb facilities, and daily activities for all the residents. The care staff seem to take a genuine interest in the residents and their families. I would 100% recommended Grace Manor if your relative needs support from a specialist Dementia home.
