My name is Beryl and I live at St Annes, I have my own room and all meals are served and my room is cleaned. I'm very happy and everyone is very nice. I go out on lots of outings and I want to stay here forever.

I like that they take care of mum however I have raised concerns on resident interaction but the manager was very understanding & said she will bring up my concerns on the next meeting, other than that I'm happy with everything else.

I would like to say thank you to the management and staff at St Anne's Care Home for the comfort and peace of mind that my dad is being well taken care of, and also that he looks strong and healthy and seems very happy! He has been a resident for over five years, and I love the genuine connection that the staff have developed with him and his fellow residents, it's really nice to see. At this present time I am out of the country, however I've been kept up to date with my dad's will-being and any changers within the care home, I truly appreciate this, thank you again.

The home seems to be well run, the staff are helpful and it is very clean, only the garden seems to need some TLC, as it looks a mess and sometimes it is difficult to gain access.

My brother is very happily settled at St. Anne's, he always looks well cared for and the staff are all very kind and supportive, bothering to get to know him as an individual. There are a range of activities every day and he has plenty to eat. The Home is very clean and welcoming. I am always advised of any changes in his condition/needs and involved in his care. Highly recommended.

My father has been in St Anne's roughly 6 years now and I have found it to be very good for him. I always do random checks on him and as usual I can't find any fault with his care, he is well groomed, well fed, he dose activities in his chair, goes dentist, gets his hair cut, nails done, he's doing better than me. I just love the careers who do a great job and the management team has got better and better. Well done St Anne's keep up the outstanding work. Thank you for all you do and the cleaners, decorating, chef, BBQ etc just fantastic thank you so much.

My aunt has just left St Anne's after being in their care for the past 5 months.
I'd just like to applaud and thank the whole staff from the cooks to the management.
From day one my aunt was made to feel comfortable, assured and safe at all times.
And me being a regular visitor was always greeted courteously and respectfully which is the same feedback I got from other family members.
Any questions or concerns I had about my aunt were answered, explained, and managed.
My aunt is very grateful as are we all... for the care and support given to her whilst she was in your hands.

Thank you and well done Team St Anne's.

Mum has only been in the care of this nursing home for a few months, I am completely satisfied with her care, the home is very clean, the staff are friendly and motivated, you don’t need to make an appointment to visit so long as you avoid meal times, which is entirely reasonable. I like the fact the care home manager has a weekly surgery for relatives to come see him if you have any concerns about your loved ones' care.

I have not long found out my friend was in St Anne's. I went to visit him for the 1st time and was pleasantly surprised to find him so well cared for. I was greeted at the door by a lovely, friendly lady who took me to my friend's door, brought us tea and biscuits and left me to catch up with him in comfort. While talking to him, he told me he was happy here and was treated like one of the family by carers and nurses; he said the lady who brought us the tea was his favourite as she always sits with him and finds things to do with him and he can talk to her when he feels low, he said the food is good, and I can see he has put on weight. The only thing he didn't like was not being able to go out by himself. We spent a very good hour catching up, and I left smiling. Thank you to all for caring for my friend so well.

The friendly and helpful staff members at St. Anne's are happy and accommodating, and always greeted with a smile, they do a great job. The food is freshly made or cooked and looks inviting, and plentiful too. The rooms, communal areas and building are kept clean, tidy and well-maintained. The only issue is that access to the building can be difficult at times.

My mother was admitted to St Anne's from hospital for rehabilitation and I was pleasantly surprised at what a lovely place St Anne's is. The staff are absolutely wonderful and so kind and attentive! It's always clean and tidy at St Anne's and mum says she really loves the food and thinks highly of the staff. I think I'll reserve a room when my time comes! Thank you everyone for your dedication and hard work!

My mother was placed at St Anne's for physio and rehabilitation after discharge from the hospital. I was quite worried about how she would settle in, but I have been so impressed with every aspect of the home. The staff are wonderful - caring and attentive, the home is clean and welcoming and has a warm, homely environment, and the food is good - a wide variety and well presented. My mother has settled in so well and appreciates all efforts made by staff to help her build her strength and confidence to be safe when she returns home. Thank you to all at St Anne's for taking all the stress out of a difficult time for my family.
