Charlotte House is a purpose-built care home set close to West Middlesex University Hospital and the River Thames. The highly skilled team provides specialist nursing and respite care for older people who have Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia.

The home has a relaxed atmosphere, and the team works closely with residents and their families to develop personalised care plans that take into account each person's experiences, interests and preferences. Care plans incorporate even the smallest details so that the care provided makes your loved one feel special.

All bedrooms at this modern facility are en-suite, and residents are welcome to bring their treasured personal items and to enjoy the attractive grounds and homely interiors.

other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

Staff are very welcoming and reassuring.
A friendly atmosphere.
I believe the residents are treated with dignity and are known individually and in a caring way.
My relative hasn't been here very long, but I feel confident his needs will be looked after.

The regular staff has always made me feel at home, when my mom passed last week I was sad but felt lost as I would not be coming every day. I love how caring the crew are and so overworked. I felt safe leaving my mom with them, and although my mom is gone, I will still go to spend time with them.

My time spent at Charlotte House Care Home is very short at this time but a good experience of how a good care home should be and my experience is to where I am satisfied to spend my time left in here. I can not fault any member of staff. They do their looking after of the patients in a loving and caring

The entire staffing team at Charlotte House Care Home are always polite, friendly and helpful. They have built up a good rapport with Mum and know her well in order to provide all the care or activities she needs. She always has laundered clothes readily available in her cupboard. We are promptly kept
informed of any incidents or illnesses that occur or affect Mum.

The home provides an excellent standard of care for my sister who is bedbound and has a range of needs. Carers and nurses always seem patient and friendly. Their smiles seem to add to the patient's sense of well-being and personal value. Having a charismatic chef who provides a variety of dishes is

My father has been at Charlotte House for approximately 5 months and the improvement in his mood and physical state is vast. He has thrived on the care and attention he receives and always tells me that he feels safe there. He enjoys socialising with staff and residents, and speaks of them fondly, which
shows me that he feels relaxed in their company. Staff always consult me with regard to any updates regarding my father's care and needs through regular reviews. Since his arrival at Charlotte House, the support he has received has allowed us to have a much more relaxed relationship with him again as all his care needs are now dealt with by the wonderful team of staff that make this his home.

My brother had been in two other care homes previously, and he had become quite institutionalised. Charlotte House is a wonderful, friendly home where every care is given with love and kindness. It has a warm, homely atmosphere and a lovely community feel amongst residents and staff.
I couldn't ask
for a nicer home for my brother; the staff are friendly, and nothing is ever too much for them.

Job Title: Home Manager

Charlotte House feels like a real family home. My team gets to know residents like members of their own family, and there’s a strongly supportive atmosphere here that you notice as soon as you visit.
One of our priorities is to see the world through residents’ eyes, so we can understand what’s important to them. When we know that, we support residents to enjoy meaningful and empowering experiences every day.
I have worked for Care UK since 2017; I’m a nurse by training, but I also have qualifications in social care and management. I joined the organisation because it is committed to high-quality care and to supporting colleagues to excel in their roles and careers.
The Care UK vision – Fulfilling lives – is something we strive to achieve every day at Charlotte House. For me it’s not about doing spectacular things, but about making every day meaningful. One of my passions is to make residents smile each day. That, and making their wishes come true, are among my proudest achievements.
