My father stayed at Elmstead for a few months following a fall.
The whole team have been wonderful, always making that extra effort to help where they can. It was not long before Dad became well known by the team and there was huge mutual respect and kindness.
Dad was not just a room number but
made to feel more special by the team.
The entire management and reception team were also very diligent and made sure that the admin side was up-to-date and we were kept fully informed.
Well done to everyone.

Our mum has been at Elmstead for over eight years. During this time her care has always been very good and more importantly, she has always been very happy and settled there. The current intake of staff have improved the overall standard of care, in our opinion, and are extremely good at what they do.
The staff's compassion towards our mum for her and us on her recent passing has been warm and sincere and has made this awful time a less traumatic experience for us. We are very grateful to everyone who has contributed to our mum's stay here, not just the care and nursing staff but the domestics, laundry, kitchen, maintenance and everyone else who has contributed to making Elmstead a safe and happy place for our mum to live in over the years. We thank you all.

The nurses have been very nice to my mum and very supportive anytime I am there. Even my mother seems very happy and made her look very presentable. They also call me as soon as there is any change in my mum’s situation. Thank you nurses for taking good care of my mother.

In every aspect of the home, I am completely satisfied and feel assured of my mum's comfort and wellbeing at Elmstead House. Everybody is polite and very helpful at all times and they keep me updated on an almost daily basis. I couldn't recommend Elmstead highly enough and thank them as often as I can
for an excellent and attentive service that they provide.
