I will be 100% less worried about her now!

I am so delighted with the welcome for my partner and me at a very challenging time for both of us. The team welcomed us to their 'family' and helped us to settle in. The care and compassion all the team show is wonderful. Thank you.

My friend was admitted the Eltandia Hall 3 months ago. I visit very often and the staff are fantastic and caring. My friend is very happy there and the food is good.

Her room is always clean and tidy, with bedding regularly changed. There are regular carers who are friendly and have taken the time to really get to know her. Although my mother-in-law has dementia she enjoys watching the activities in the day room. Great nutritious food. Lovely atmosphere!

I admire how she sees each and every resident as an individual; treats them with so much care and compassion.

I would like to express my thanks for all the kindness that the staff at Eltandia have shown my mum during her stay since she first went there up until now. It is lovely to know that my brother and I can feel confident that even faces that she may not always see (now she has moved from the residential to the nursing unit) take the time to speak to her, which is so good for her wellbeing. She recently had her 99th birthday, it was great that relatives and staff contributed on the day. Thank you.

My brother stayed for one month. In that time I noticed a good positive change in him. He became more involved and improved his eating and drinking habits. He also got up at a reasonable time in the morning. He liked all the staff, how kind, caring and helpful they were. He also made some connections with a few residents and did enjoy the establishment.

We cannot thank everyone enough regarding Mum's care since she came to Eltandia Hall Care Centre. The kindness and compassion shown towards Mum has been outstanding. Whether it was one of Mum's good or bad days it is obvious that it never wavers. The nursing staff/office staff, love them all! It is reassuring to know Mum is always safe and in good hands.

My mum has been in Eltandia for a record 12 years. In that time, she has consistently received the care she needs. The staff are well-trained, understanding and very kind.

I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and caring attitude of the staff. The situation is very well thought out and the home is clean and welcoming. My husband was tended to and gave me the peace of mind I much needed with regard to his care. I thoroughly recommended this lovely home.

The staff that were working on my wife's birthday do are simply the best. Thank you all.

There was one incident which comes to my mind that happened recently. I was passing a room where one nurse was feeding a patient. I passed the same room 10 minutes after and the same nurse was patiently feeding the patient. I was impressed by her patience, kindness and goodness. This is what caring is all about. I know we are quick to complain but slow to praise. May this letter bring some joy and encouragement to all the staff at Eltandia who have been working tirelessly, especially during the Covid times. As a Christian let me convey a special blessing be upon all the staff. God bless all of you.

The staff are always very friendly and professional. Mum always looks cared for, and the home is clean.

Let's not forget the cleaners, the home is clean and tidy, always hygienic you can breathe freely. I hope and pray it will remain the same for the benefit of the residents and peace of mind for relatives.

Lovely afternoon, friendly staff, lovely food, residents enjoyed themselves, was lovely to see.

My mother has been in Eltandia since December 2010. During this whole period, she has been carefully looked after by core staff that has remained largely unchanged. All have treated my mother with kindness and respect in spite of difficult moments when Alzheimer's has taken the better of her. Their strict adherence to Covid restrictions has meant that my mother is safe and secure and gives me peace of mind.

Very good - need more visits.

All staff are lovely, very caring and attentive to all the residents. Very approachable to family members.
