My brother stayed for one month. In that time I noticed a good positive change in him. He became more involved and improved his eating and drinking habits. He also got up at a reasonable time in the morning. He liked all the staff, how kind, caring and helpful they were. He also made some connections
with a few residents and did enjoy the establishment.

We cannot thank everyone enough regarding Mum's care since she came to Eltandia Hall Care Centre. The kindness and compassion shown towards Mum has been outstanding. Whether it was one of Mum's good or bad days it is obvious that it never wavers. The nursing staff/office staff, love them all! It is
reassuring to know Mum is always safe and in good hands.

Management and staff are communicative, proactive and caring. Social bonds are built with residents. Great care and attention. Clean environment and good liaison with GP and family. Protective environment too.

I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and caring attitude of the staff. The situation is very well thought out and the home is clean and welcoming. My husband was tended to and gave me the peace of mind I much needed with regard to his care. I thoroughly recommended this lovely home.

First of all, I would like to thank you and your staff for the excellent care provided for my mother as well as other patients. I have seen so many staff in action by giving the highest standard of care for the past two years. There is one nurse in particular who comes to our mind. She is very caring,
supportive and always ready to help. I find all the nurses come under this same category.
There was one incident which comes to my mind that happened recently. I was passing a room where one nurse was feeding a patient. I passed the same room 10 minutes after and the same nurse was patiently feeding the patient. I was impressed by her patience, kindness and goodness. This is what caring is all about. I know we are quick to complain but slow to praise. May this letter bring some joy and encouragement to all the staff at Eltandia who have been working tirelessly, especially during the Covid times. As a Christian let me convey a special blessing be upon all the staff. God bless all of you.

We had a party on 14th July, I came with my children and we really enjoyed it. My brother who is here at Eltandia Hall Care Centre really enjoyed it too. So thank you to all the staff they were so friendly.

Good and pleasant is Eltandia Hall Care Home.
We have a group of caring staff. Our nurses are excellent and carers are very helpful, always on the go.
Let's not forget the cleaners, the home is clean and tidy, always hygienic you can breathe freely. I hope and pray it will remain the same for the
benefit of the residents and peace of mind for relatives.

My mother has been in Eltandia since December 2010. During this whole period, she has been carefully looked after by core staff that has remained largely unchanged. All have treated my mother with kindness and respect in spite of difficult moments when Alzheimer's has taken the better of her. Their
strict adherence to Covid restrictions has meant that my mother is safe and secure and gives me peace of mind.

The carers are so kind and caring to her. They really love her and always let me know of any issues. They call the GP if needed and let me know. Her wellbeing is always clean and tidy. She is very happy at Eltandia and feels safe and happy with the people who care for her. I would like to request new
furniture in her room as some of the draws are broken.

Dad arrived very poorly with a very pad pressure sore and had had sepsis from the hospital. The nurses and staff have done a brilliant job; the sore is so much better. Also, Dad is always clean and tidy. They are doing their best to encourage him to eat as well.

My mother was very special to me, I loved her dearly, so I needed to find a place where she would receive that special care. My mum, myself and my son arrived at Eltandia nursing home on Christmas Eve in December 2020 and she sadly passed away in February 2021. The welcome we received from the first
moment was amazing, the communication was clear, with patience, the staff felt my anxiety about leaving my mum. I felt from the beginning to the end, support was all through care, understanding and love. Everyone made me feel 100% sure that mum would be taken care of, that made me felt 100% satisfied. Thank you for your patience, communication, honesty and understanding the lot. Thank you all so much.
