I cannot recommend Eltandia enough. Mum and all our family were made to feel so welcome from the day Mum moved in until the day she passed away. Nothing was too much trouble and the palliative care that was given was with genuine love and kindness. Thank you to everyone who works there, for making Mum's
last days comfortable and safe.

My Father had advanced dementia. We were delighted with the overall presentation of Eltandia. From the meeting with the assistant manager who answered every possible question with professionalism and honesty. Our appreciation of the standard of care on the ward from every single member of staff surpassed
our expectations. They are all truly caring and considerate to the patient and their family in difficult circumstances. The cleanliness of the ward, the rooms and the patients is excellent. Even down to the little touches in the dining room to make it feel like a restaurant. My chats with the manager and the receptionist and finance manager show that all the staff care and are easy to deal with. If you have a loved elderly person that you are struggling to decide a destination for please consider this home. It is fantastic at a difficult time.

My grandmother has been here since August 2018 and has enjoyed the environment and the company of all the friendly staff members very much. She does not speak English but is still generally able to communicate her needs and is always taken good care of when she needs something. I would highly recommend
this care provider to others in need of similar treatment.

Eltandia is a friendly, loving place to be. My grandmother has put on weight and has gained confidence in herself. Eltandia has kept us posted on the updates, renovated the home with warm colours and throws regular festive garden parties to keep the spirits up.
Scott Unit have a range of experienced
staff that are friendly and welcoming and built a strong relationship with my grandmother.
The care coordinator is knowledgeable, caring and passionate when doing her job; very reliable unit.

Staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. The refurbishments are of a very high standard. Eltandia Hall is now much improved and well worth the money. My relative was looked after very nicely.

My brothers care has generally improved in recent months partly reflecting some of the key care staff remaining in place for more than 12 months. Eltandia Hall Care Centre has had three owners in the past four years and a revolving door of managers.
Time will tell if there will be greater stability
in the future. I was very unhappy that the current manager did not inform me of a fee increase. This was very disappointing and I would have expected better of the new owners.

Having my father at Eltandia Hall Care has been a great help, which is actually hard to put into words. Because the support each individual carer gives is amazing, with all the different challenges that come, daily as a carer, they continue to give 110% to their jobs, making each resident and visitors
feel welcomed and valued.
Like a small family encouraging and supporting one another.
