Hamilton Care Home is the perfect place for our dad. The staff are very friendly, caring and treat the residents with respect and dignity. I am pleased that the home has been able to look after him, as being at home was no longer an option. This is the next best thing.

My mother has been a resident there for over four years now. From day one she has been apart of a big "family". She has been cared for impeccably by the whole staff. They give her attention she needs always and every day. Regular activities such as outings or themed parties make Hamilton Care Home stand
out. The way the carers lovingly and with detail tend to each resident is priceless. I could not think of a better care home for my mother!

This nursing home is one of the best I have ever visited. The staff are caring and forward thinking if any medical issues arise. The home is clean and the food is good.
Activities are numerous and there are regular parties, events and BBQ's.

My mother-in-law resided at Hamilton Nursing Home on a number of occasions for respite care and finally as a permanent resident. At all times she was treated with great care and affection by the care and medical staff. Hamilton exceeded our expectations. Rooms were light and very clean. Food was
vastly superior to all she had experienced in previous care homes.
I recommend Hamilton Nursing Home unreservedly.

My friend has been in this home for 1 month now and I find the home excellent in all ways. I go to see my friend nearly every day so I see a lot. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is so polite and very caring.
The food is outstanding and the chef always willing to please. My friend is very
happy there.
I would recommend this place to everyone who needs a good caring home.

What a great service. They looked after my grandad with round the clock care. Anytime I asked what was happening, they would give a complete rundown.

The staff at this home are so kind and friendly to residents and their families. I have never had a single problem, since my mother moved here 4 years ago. It's always lovely to visit my mother here. She is happy, safe, clean and cared for like a family member. This place is wonderful, I can't thank
them enough for what could have been a very sad time for us - we miss our mum not being at home but this is a great 2nd best.

There couldn't be a better nursing home than Hamilton Nursing Home, Surbiton. I am so impressed with everything about the home.

I am very pleased with the care my mother is given. Her room is clean. Her personal care is good. She has a good bed which can be raised and lowered to prevent falls from her bed. She is showered regularly, She is turned during the night. She is well fed by the carers. She is happy, smiling and relaxed.
As long as this continues I am very happy for my mother.

We couldn't have asked for a better care home to look after my father. All the staff are extremely caring, compassionate and kind and treated my dad with respect and as a person, not a patient. The home is lovely, with bright pictures on the wall. My dad's room overlooked the very nice and tranquil
garden. His room was a good size and caught the sunlight so felt nice and bright. Activities at the home are very well run, with Halloween/Divali and Christmas celebrations, and staff making a huge effort to involve residents and their families. The staff were so kind to us (my family) as well as my father which made such a huge difference, we always had a smile from everyone even if it was just passing someone in the corridor. They were also able to help with end of life care, putting us in contact with a hospice nurse who was very supportive during this time, and ensuring that my father could remain at the home and not go into hospital. I couldn't recommend the home highly enough.

I have worked at Hamilton since 2003. I joined after starting a family and looking for a worthwhile return to work environment. Hamilton gave me that and more. It soon became apparent that I wanted to work in this environment building strong relationships with residents and their families. I count myself lucky to have been given the opportunity and proud to now be the Registered Manager. I love working with my staff who are a creative and caring group of people who share my passion for providing the highest quality of person-centred care to our residents.


Hamilton is a fun place to be, creating music, laughter and meaningful moments with our residents makes each day so rewarding.


I am very proud of working in such a successful home with Good and Outstanding CQC reports and strong links with the local community.


I live with my 2 daughters who also keep me busy along with my β€˜son’ Bailey – my adorable Chocolate Labrador!

I also participate in clinical audits, training, and mentoring to ensure the delivery of safe and high-quality care. I enjoy working with a diverse and dedicated team that shares my values and vision for excellence in care.


When I am not at work, I enjoy staying at home with a good book or out playing badminton with my club.
