The staff are very caring and sensitive and have a positive attitude with her - very important.
I have been visiting Heathland Court for over 4 1/2 years on an almost daily
The staff mostly seem friendly and helpful. They appear short staffed and seem busy and unavailable often. Some sit and chat with the ladies for a while, but - particularly with catering - staff seems to disappear. Ladies on the ground floor have made phone calls to others to ask about food but sometimes it never seems to come.
Events are great. My grandmother really enjoys exercise (like Tai Chi) and singing. They could do with a bigger TV in the tea room (my gran says that's what they call it), but I've heard they're apparently working on this.
My grandmother's clothes all have her name in them but they still seem to go missing.
Entertainment facilities are very good and organisers are fantastic.
