I was very upset that my brother was sent to the hospital with no coat or blanket on him, after just coming out of hospital with pneumonia back in February this year.

The rooms are lovely and have a good size. The care home has a lovely warm atmosphere and they make everyone very welcome. Mum loves the activities they also provide.

Our family were looked after very well when we visited. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for being there with us and for providing my dear mum with first class care.
