My mum went into to Knights Court at the end of February. She is very well looked after and all the staff have been so lovely and caring. They have also been very understanding to us as a family and are always there if we have any worries or questions about Mum. It's also very important that Mum is
happy and during lockdown, some of the staff have arranged Skype calls so we can see Mum and have a chat. On her birthday, they helped us to make it as special as it could be with social distancing. They are amazing, always keeping Mum entertained. Playing scrabble is her favourite! I would highly recommend Knights Court.

Knights Court is a superb nursing home. The management is brilliant along with the excellent carers who are kind to the residents, treating them with great respect and their families.
I have recommended this home to many through my work.

I travelled over from Ireland to visit my Uncle. It was my first time visiting him at Knights Court Nursing HOme. I was delighted with the appearance and condition of the home. Above all else, I was relieved and very happy with the care from the nurses, carers and staff. There is a deep culture of care
and empathy for the residents in the home. It was humbling to see. I met with the Home Manager and Doctor and they couldn't have been more generous with their time and advice regarding the care of my elderly Uncle. I would highly recommend Knights Court to any family looking for a home for a loved one.

The home is tidy and rooms are good sizes. Management and staff are helpful and friendly but not sufficient to complete high dependency care.
Meals need to be more varied and suitable for residents nutrition. Overall ethos is comfortable but care staff needs regular training.

Staff very kind, caring and efficient. There are times when there is not one member of staff in the dementia unit lounge I believe this to be illegal.
There needs to be some kind of activities arranged to stimulate the residents rather than leaving them just to sleep all day.
