After relocating to the UK in 2019, Vanessa found her calling in adult social care. She has worked across a range of care home settings, progressing through the roles of General Nurse, Senior Nurse, and Deputy Manager. Since joining Abbey Healthcare in 2024, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication, leading to her appointment as Home Manager at Manor Farm Care Home.
