It is a lovely care home, full of lovely, kind, caring and extremely helpful staff. They are always polite and do their utmost to ensure their patients are comfortable and happy. My sister is very happy at Middlesex Manor and would be extremely upset if she had to go elsewhere. I am so glad that she is happy and comfortable.
Thank you for sharing your lovely feedback with us, we really appreciate your kind words. We are so pleased that your sister is happy in our care. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you and your family.
Staff at Middlesex Manor are very caring and kind to residents and their family members. During these hard times with Covid 19, we as a family had full trust in the staff and management that they were and are caring for our mother, keeping her safe from the virus. They updated us whenever they needed to and also answered our questions totally openly. Their video calls have been a lifeline during this past year to be able to see our mother. This week they introduced in-person visits which is wonderful to be able to see my mother again. Very pleased to see they are following all the government guidelines before, during and after visiting.
Thank you for your kind words regarding our care home, Middlesex Manor. It has been a very difficult year but we tried to keep all families in touch with their loved ones in any way we could, and we are so pleased that we can now offer face to face visits. If there is anything else we can do for your mother do let us know.
Friendly, patient and helpful staff. The home is comfortable, and the staff are welcoming. My relative is content and his needs have been met. The staff go out of their way to make the stay more comfortable.
Thank you so much for taking your time to leave us such a lovely review - we are so happy to hear our staff are going above and beyond to make stays more comfortable! If there is anything further we can assist you with, please do not hesitate to contact us!

Thank you for your lovely review, we really appreciate hearing your kind feedback.
I am very happy in the way that my mother is being cared for at Middlesex Manor Care Home. At this current time, it is very difficult for care homes to look after it's residents, but the staff get my greatest admiration for what they are doing in keeping the residents safe.
We really appreciate receiving your feedback, thank you so much for your lovely comments. We are so pleased you can feel at ease with your Mother in our care. Thank you for trusting us.
I find this home very good. The staff are very friendly, the place is very clean and the food is good. The staff are very caring. My friend is very happy here.
Thank you for your kind words. We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us such lovely comments.
My mother has resided here for over a year and a half, and I have noticed a remarkable change in her appearance, manner, well-being and dignity. I can only attribute this to the excellent care that she has received at this home from home! I cannot thank the one and all for such a wonderful collection of caring souls. Too often you hear negative comments, but not positive ones, which I am sure are many!
We are very happy to hear you can feel at ease with your Mother in our care.
Easy to find and good parking.
Nice garden to visit my grandmother.
We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us your comments.
I like the comfort. All the staff ground floor and will miss every bit of it if I leave.
Thank you for such kind words; we are glad you are enjoying your stay.
When all the qualities are excellent I presume care/support should also be excellent. However, my sister appears to be missing her meal due to either she is asleep during the day time and missing her meals or caregivers (not all) are unable to spend sufficient time to feed my sister, due to heavy workload.
Thank you for your feedback. Our resident’s health and well being is an absolute priority, so we will certainly pass your comments on to the manager.
Middlesex Manor Care Home is a lovely home. It is always kept clean, staff are friendly, professional and approachable. The staff look after my mother very well and the other residents look happy and well cared for. I am always kept informed about changes in my mother's health. Thank you to all the staff in helping to make my Mum's stay a pleasant one.
Thank you for trusting us with your mothers care. We are very happy to hear you can feel at ease with her in our care.
My mother in law is now probably nearing the end of her life and is totally dependent. I believe she has always been treated with great kindness at Middlesex Manor because she has always been relaxed, comfortable and affectionate with the staff, which would not be the case if she was fearful or anxious with them due to any unkindness from them. Now she is less communicative but this touching relationship is still evident. I have also seen the staff take great care, encouraging her to eat. I believe he is receiving high-quality care both physically and emotionally. This has been a huge relief to the whole family.
