Middlesex Manor offers a range of care services within three carefully designed buildings. Care plans are tailored to the needs of the individual and include dementia care, nursing, respite and convalescence care. Care is also offered to those who require palliative care, Parkinson's care and young physically disabled care.

Accommodation features bright and comfortable living areas and bedrooms, designed with comfort and safety in mind. While most bedrooms have en-suite facilities and views of the gardens, all come with a 24 hour call system offering peace of mind. Residents are able to enjoy the large landscaped gardens as well as a greenhouse, herb garden, vegetable patch and tranquil sensory garden.

The chef works hard to reflect the residents’ tastes and preferences in their seasonal menus, making mealtimes an enjoyable part of the home’s day.

A dedicated activity coordinator ensures there are a range of fun and engaging activities available for all abilities such as regular film afternoons, book clubs and painting. Friends and family are encouraged to take part in regular events organised by the home.

The Middlesex Manor is the only nursing home I have ever visited and so cannot do a comparative analysis.
This nursing home environment is very clean with a refreshing green area.
The front desk staff are most friendly, effective and efficient. The management team are courteous and cordial. The
entire nursing staff and caregivers are very polite to visitors and very jovial with housemates. The total quality management mantra is continuous improvement. This nursing home service is excellent but must strive for continuous improvement in it's services.

This is an excellent care home, extremely clean with very helpful staff and carers who so kindly attended to all my mum's needs.

My Nan had been moved here and has been a resident here for some time now. Since my Nan has been a resident here she has deteriorated drastically to the point she is not communicating at all. She’s lost so much weight and has been in and out of the hospital with numerous chest infections. She has also
contracted pneumonia. My Nan has been bedridden for some time now but hasn’t had the correct care. She now has dead skin due to the lack of care. She hasn’t been kept clean. My Nan has been completely neglected in a place where she is supposed to be looked after with the utmost care and respect. I’m very unhappy and wouldn’t recommend anyone to allow their family member to stay here. This is so sad.

I would like to thank the whole team on the ground floor for looking after my mother-in-law.
The staff catered for all her needs even though there was a communication and language barrier. The kitchen staff accommodated with dietary requirements. Special thanks go out to the activities coordinator
who tried to engage mother-in-law in their activities. Thank you to the team for accommodating the visiting. Whilst mother-in-law was here, she was well looked after.

Mum needed respite care following a fall at home and a stay in hospital. We found the staff to be particularly helpful and kind to Mum and did a great job of keeping us informed of what was going on. Thank you for looking after her so well.

Following a very bad experience in a previous home, we were concerned about whenever our mother would be moved to. Middlesex Manor have put our concerns to rest. From the day our mother entered Middlesex Manor she has been very well looked after. The manager and all staff where Mum is living (ground
fllor) are wonderful. We have no concerns regarding our mother's care. They put on a lovely 91st Birthday party with cake this week which we all enjoyed. Thank you Middlesex Manor.

My brother went into Middlesex Manor in August. We were very happy with his care. In lockdown, they would phone me to let me know what was happening and how he was doing. My brother had dementia, they took good care of his needs. In his last few weeks, they also were 100% helping us as a family. Very
happy staff. It's the staff that makes a good nursing home, they made Middlesex Manor a place you would like to visit.

Since coming to Middlesex Manor, mother has improved as her condition was considered critical and now she is off the critical list. Thanks to the care that has been provided, pressure sores which were quite bad have now healed on the main part of her body while they work strenuously to get the ones
on her heel and foot healed. Overall very good nursing care.
