My brother has been at the Barchester Home in Dagenham for the last two years. During that time he has been visited by many of our family and friends, and we all agree that the attention that he receives is excellent. The staff members are attentive and understand the help that he requires. The Manager
and Senior Members of staff are very approachable, and they will always agree to a meeting whenever required, The facilities are really good, with easy access to a Family Room and a garden area. Parking within the grounds has not been a problem to date, and it's great to be able to visit without giving notice, They provide various events both inside and outside the Home This includes visits by musicians, Bingo and visits to places in the local area, I would highly recommend this Care Home.

Our family went to home to celebrate our friends birthday with her. We found everything was good and having a special room set aside for our party was a nice touch. The room was large enough for our party requirement and it also had an outside garden area linked to it. Food tea coffee and soft drinks
were laid on but we brought in some wine so we all had a little drink. The staff are very caring and really understanding to the residents and families needs .

We went there today to celebrate a family members birthday , party was laid on by carehome and other family members. Food was good and family had a nice time visiting our relative . It was all abit of a surprise as she didn't know what was going to happen. She had a lovely time and found it very nice
to have a surprise party . All the staff did a great job and was ever so friendly all the time . It was nice that we had a special room set aside for our celebration and it was linked to the outside space as well.

My brother is currently in respite, and for the first time ever, we have let him do this. I have cried for two days worrying, but I had no need to I feel quite happy and relieved and will definitely be going back again the staff management everybody, their entertainment staff are absolutely lovely and
so so kind I could not of wish for anything else by the end of his stay. I will probably cry again but happy tears. I recommend this carer to anybody, because if you are like me to let one of your relatives go somewhere that you are not sure of, I'll promise you, you will not be disappointed with this Park view xx

Park View provides a safe and very caring environment for mum. Staff are helpful and everyone knows mum by name. The range of activities are amazing and the coordinator does a fantastic job getting all residents involved. There is always something going on.

I visited this home on several occassions and found the home very clean and welcoming. The staff are lovely. so friendly and helpful. And obviously are completely devoted to caring for the residents. There's such a lovely atmosphere in there.

The staff are friendly, helpful and look after the residents. The place is clean and are always there and happy to help. If there are any issues they call us to let us know. There are loads to do and they do events for the residents, friends and family

My dad lived here for almost 5 years and I can not praise enough this care home.
Dedicated staff, cleanliness, commication and care given to my dad over those years was always exceptional.
The manager was always professional, available and easy to talk to.
Unfortunately, my dad passed away last month
and the support we got over last few weeks of his life was incredible.
I would like to say a BIG THANK you to All Team at Park View for being caring, loving and supportive- You are amazing People.

My Mother and Father, both at varying degrees of Alzheimers/Dementia were placed in this amazing care home for respite for 1 month. When social services tried to force us to move them to a cheaper home for permanent residency I fought them all the way. My daughter and I and their previous full time
Carer visited a lot of care homes in the area and found them wholly unsuitable. This is without a doubt the best place for them to be. I never want them to be moved from here.

An excellent care home and is highly recommended which provides a good standard of care to all its residents. The staff are polite and professional, always take on board any concerns you may have and do their best to resolve it. There are a range of activities which they actively encourage the residents
to participate in. Yes, we are pleased with the care given to our relative. I also admire the variety of plants and flowers at the front and back of the building, it's absolutely beautiful.

In the two years that my aunt has been in here we have had no problems. We are always kept up to date with any treatment or procedures. The staff are all very pleasant and welcoming. On the occasion of her 100th birthday the home put on a wonderful time for her. There are lots of activities and outings
arranged. There is always a nice family atmosphere.

It is never easy taking the decision to place a relative in a care home but my father is well looked after and cared for. I especially appreciate how so many of the carers know so much about my dad and go out of their way to pay attention to the little things that help my dad who has late-stage dementia.

My son has been at Barchester for 3 years. He has an incurable disease and over his time at the home, his condition has gradually deteriorated as we knew it would. We can't thank the staff and management enough for all they do for my son. Not only my son but myself as well as they like to include the
relatives in the activities that they do. We have been on some lovely day trips like the canal boat trip. We have also been on holidays to a holiday resort with the home. I go to the home every week and there is always something going on for the residents. Once again many thanks to all the staff for all they do to help my son.

My brother has been at Barchester Park View Care Home for a year now. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Care staff have shown a lot of patience with my brother as he can be very challenging sometimes. The home has an excellent standard of care and is very clean, pleasant and well-run.
Nurses and manageress are very approachable and ready to help.

I regularly visit my mum and am always impressed with the care and love shown by all carers. My mum is very happy living in this care home and is very well cared for. All the facilities are excellent and there is always something going on for the residents. The food and cleanliness is 100% as is the
security and maintenance. I would always recommend Park View, Dagenham to anyone looking for a good care home for their loved one.

My husband came for respite for the third time now. I will only put him in Barchester Park View Care Home. All welcoming, manager is very nice and helpful. Very clean and tidy home. My husband is very happy here and joins in all activities and they have the best team at Park View. Thank you to the manager.

My name is Renata and I am the General Manager here at Park View. I trained as a Registered Nurse in Lithuania and, in 2006, I moved to the United Kingdom. I started working at Park View in May 2012 and received my 10 year Long Service Award with Barchester in 2016.


It is my responsibility to ensure that all residents are provided with the very best care and that our team work their hardest so that those we support can maintain their dignity and live a healthy and happy life.


My vision for Park View is for us to be the best care home in London.

Job Title: HR Joined: 2016

I started at Park View in January 2016 as a Care Assistant, and then I was given the chance to work with the admin team in November 2017, and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it since then. In November got promoted to HR administrator and work alongside an amazing team.

My name is Penny and I started at Park View as a Care Assistant in 2012, then went on to work on the activities team in 2016 until I found my place in administration when I was given the opportunity to help the admin office in 2017. Elizabeth is the Head Housekeeper at Park View and joined the team in 2009. Elizabeth has made Park View really feel like home and has an awareness of the unique differences in the environment for the residents who live in the home. She manages the laundry and Domestic team within the home. We are very proud that Elizabeth won the regional finals of the Great British Care Awards in 2012 and is a finalist in the national Great British Care Awards for 2013.
