The staff of The Willows Nursing Home are the most caring and are wonderful with my great-aunt. They went to a lot of trouble to make sure her birthday was very special. They made her family and friends very welcome on the day. They provided lovely food, cake, music and entertainment for her birthday.
Thank you for your kind words and appreciation for the team. This is a "home-to-home" care home. All staff and management are here to provide person-centred care as per residents' choices and preferences always. Our home is always open and welcoming to my visitors.
Wonderful care home. My dad has changed homes three times and this one is by far the best. It is hard leaving your loved ones in the hands of others, however, since moving here my dad seems healthier. The staff are friendly and attentive and our requests are always responded to in a timely manner. Very grateful for your hard work and care.

Our 90-year-old mother has been living in this nursing home for more than three years now. All of us are very pleased with her care by The Willows Nursing Home staff. On 1st November 2022, we celebrated her 90th birthday. The staff dressed her beautifully in her saree and did her hair nicely, with so much effort and dedication. They were also involved in the celebration with all of us. We appreciate their help and support. Thank you so very much.
Thank you for your time and we really appreciate your comments about the home and team. We are all here to provide person-centred care and support as per choice and preferences. This is home to home environment for Mum and all our residents.
I have only been visiting my sister for a short while, but I can see the staff are kind and caring and doing a very good job in a very demanding situation. I like that my sister is brought down to join the other residents. I think this is important for her.

We are happy as my mum has been looked after really well. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Many have spoken my mum's language, which is easier for Mum to understand. I wish you all the best for 2022 and keep up the good work. God bless you all.
Dear Damyantz, Thank you for your encouraging words. We are happy to hear you feel safe and happy leaving your Mum in our hands to look after. We are only able to do this with your support.

My mother suffers from Dementia and moved into Raj Nursing Home in March 2019. My mother speaks more in her mother tongue, Tamil and there are a few staff who speak Tamil here so Mother is happy in the home. The staff at Raj Nursing Home are very caring and very supportive. Mum likes their home-cooked Indian food. My mother definitely feels much happier in Raj Nursing Home and is happier than she has been in a long time.

My relative was being taken out on numerous occasions. The bedroom was good and well decorated. Overall very pleased with the care and compassion given by the whole team. Without a doubt, a very caring and homely place to be, where you know there is definitely good quality care. Thanks.

Thank you for your comments, our staff have always the interest of residents and to make them happy and within Raj Nursing Home.
Raj Nursing Home is a very fantastic place to put your mom/dad in without any worries. I found the staff very reliable and honest. The staff, especially the nurse, was very well informed about the medication. The place organizes different activities at a different time. My friend's mom was in the dementia wing and it really helps her remember things. I would highly recommend to anyone who requires quality service for their elderly's.
Thank you for your kind review, Raj Nursing Home is always looking to strive to make the home a happy place to live.
