Staff are trained rigorously to become competent care assistants and all have either gained or are studying to achieve their National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) level 2, 3, 4 and 5 in care.

Very happy with Ravenscourt Nursing Home. Staff are excellent. Carers can be slow to attend. Cleaners and maintenance team are very helpful and kind and will always help.
