My father came to Sundridge Court a year ago following 4 months in hospital after a stroke. He was very unsettled and anxious when he arrived and his prognosis was not good. The care he has received in the last year has been amazing and he now refers to Sundridge Court as 'home'. Although he is now bed-bound, he seems happy and settled. He says the staff are friendly, albeit very busy, meaning he has occasionally had to wait for personal care a little longer than seems ideal. Refurbishing the communal areas of course has only highlighted that the individual rooms need to be updated as well. If Aria Care really want to make a big impression they need to do something with the individual rooms. I have every confidence in the staff at this home and feel they are doing a very good job.

Overall excellent and very attentive care shown by all the staff at Sundridge Court. The nursing and care teams were fantastic as were the kitchen team, preparing delicious meals for the residents and cups of tea and biscuits for the relatives visiting.

I originally trained as a midwife, which was my passion for 7 years. Since then, I have spent almost three decades working as a staff nurse and building up my experience in the care industry. I began work at Sundridge Court as a Nurse, working my way up to Deputy Manager and now Home Manager, which I am very proud of.
I take the role of caring for our residents and ensuring that their needs are met very seriously. Making sure our care team are happy and fully trained in order to offer a safe and happy home is a priority. I really enjoy interacting with the residents and their relatives and friends on a daily basis, listening to the stories that residents have to tell and making sure they are included in their care plans.
Over the last few years, I am proud to have been involved in building Sundridge Court into the warm and caring home it is now with the help of my colleagues, ensuring it is a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led home.
