My mother was in the care home from 8th December until she passed away on the 4th January 2018, only here a short period of time. From the moment she arrived until she passed away, she was treated with respect, kindness, dignity by everyone who worked within the home. Nothing was too much, from being looked after at home by carers to coming to this care home. The time she was there we saw a change in her. She was happy, relaxed and in her own words, "this is home now".

All of the staff at Annandale were warm, patient and skilled, and ensured that her needs were anticipated. Although her time there was short, staff managed to build relationships with mum and us, her relatives. As her family, our wishes were listened to and responded to, and we were in no doubt she was in the best place at the end of her life.
