Pleasantly surprised by quality of home, service and activities available. Grandad was very happy and there was visible levels of staff care helping me feel at ease that he was in the right place. Excellent home, have recommended to friends and family.

On first visiting the home, I was struck quite strongly by an air of friendliness and quiet confidence in all staff encountered. The home was bright and attractive, clean and spruce in all communal and entrance areas. In the few weeks of my mother's residency, my positive feelings concerning all aspects
of the home have been continuously re-enforced. Meeting with relatives of longer standing inhabitants I have been pleased and encouraged by their assertions as to the rapid and thorough improvements over the last three months since new management has been in place. My mother has settled far quicker and more comprehensively than I could ever have hoped for. She feels safe and cared for at all times.

My wife has been cared for very well and feels safe and secure in the home. She is very happy with how well she has been cared for.
The new manager has made great improvements since the change of ownership. Communication with presidents relatives is good.

From the time you enter Larchfield care home to the time you leave, reception, domestic staff and nursing staff all very courteous and helpful. Could not wish for my mother to be in any other nursing home.

Since my mother moved into Larchfield House a few months ago my family and I have been extremely impressed with the outstanding care given to my mother. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and are always on hand to offer help in any way.

My mother is so happy since she came to Larchfield House. She is immaculate in appearance and the staff are so kind and considerate and so helpful. The food is freshly prepared and cooked each day. The activities are really stimulating, I'm so happy that I chose the home for my mother she wants for
nothing.

Akshay is a highly qualified Physiotherapist who has practised in India and then moved to the UK in 2021 to pursue his Master’s which he completed at Salford University. Akshay has a wide range of expertise and is a Specialist in Neuro Physiotherapy, Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. He is an experienced assessor helping patients with complicated and diverse conditions and is now looking to use his knowledge to provide tailored therapeutic care techniques to support our residents with their daily lifestyle and physical rehabilitation. George is a qualified nurse who began his career with the Ambulance Service in 2005. He moved to the UK in 2008 and started as an NHS Nurse. Over the years, George has accumulated significant experience in various roles, including Prison Charge Nurse, District Nurse, Clinical Service Manager, Home Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Troubleshooter, and Interim Home Manager. His career also includes positions in higher education as an Academic Director and, most recently, as a Home Manager at Thames Hospice.
