My father was a resident from November 2019 and was on, end of life care. Everyone was very friendly, making him feel welcome, and we were pleased with his medical and personal care. Any problem was sorted out immediately, and we were encouraged to put forward any queries we had.

Denham Manor is a really lovely place and a truly excellent care home. My mother settled in very quickly and is happy and contented thanks to the excellent staff and the high-quality care, attention and dedication they have given her.

Last but not least, beautiful and delicious home-made cakes!

My experience of Denham Manor Care Home has been extremely positive.
The primary quality I hope for in the staff is kindness and I have seen ample evidence of that.

The housekeeping is obviously of a high order, with the room in which my wife lives always fresh and clean. With regards to my wife's personal needs, I have never had cause for complaint. As a lady of 87 years with advanced Parkinson's disease, caring for these needs must be both demanding and relentless.

From the moment we met the care home manager on our visit, we knew that this was the right place for our mum. The staff are wonderfully kind and caring, highly skilled and knowledgeable. The environment is clean and peaceful and the overall standard of care is very high.

My mum's health has gradually deteriorated over the past few months which has been a very worrying time. The staff including nursing, housekeeping, catering and management have all shown me and my family the care and dignity required during this time. It's good to know that your loved one is warm, safe, fed well and cared for. For me, the bonus is having a manager who listens to family need and activity co-ordinators that provide relevant activities.

My brother has always been attended to with dignity and caring. I have always found him clean and comfortable. It took a number of reminders to have his contact bell to hand but this seems to have been rectified. Sadly has rarely agreed to go downstairs so unable to comment on activities.

The care and consideration given to my husband was very good. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The home itself is very nice and set in lovely surroundings.

I would be happy for my husband to go there again if at all possible.

My mother has been resident at Denham Manor for the past 20 months and I feel that both carers and nursing staff, as well as the domiciliary staff are competent and caring. There has been a turnover of managers but there is now a new manager who is bringing stability and continuity to the home.

My dad has been a resident at Denham Manor Care Home for two and a half years. The staff have always been very caring and considerate towards him. He has a number of complex needs/nursing needs which are well managed. There have been some minor issues with locum staff in the past but staff levels seemed to have improved in the last year and no problems since.

My mum was discharged from hospital with literally 10 minutes notice. She was too weak to go home, even with careers calling. One phone call to Denham Manor and problem solved. I called them because my aunt was a resident for 4 years and her care was faultless.

An excellent care home who put my mother's care and her well-being first. The staff are amazing, both professional and caring, who go the extra mile to assist both my mother and the family when required. I would recommend Denham Manor to anyone thinking of placing a loved one in a care home. Well done to all the staff, an exemplary team.

I cannot recommend Denham Manor enough! Detailed and dynamic care planning. All residents known to all staff and management. Residents treated with dignity and as individuals. Excellent care staff. Excellent nursing staff. Excellent management. Facilities are modern, the house is beautiful and the grounds extensive and mature. Food is lovely and individually tailored. I know mum is cared for and the attention to detail has allowed family to be totally confident for mum's future. Mum thriving in Denham Manor.

My father arrived at Denham Manor Care Home with Nursing in September. Right from the start, they made him feel at home. The staff made a note of my father's likes and dislikes always treat him with respect and take the time to have a chat which is important as my dad is very sociable. I cannot fault the care, food or cleanliness of Denham Manor Care Home with Nursing. The nurses are fantastic and always keep you informed. From maintenance making the rooms homely to picture hanging and helpfulness, to cleaners and laundry staff right through to the chefs that go out of their way to accommodate residents and the carers are just brilliant. The home is run professionally and efficiently and there's always a friendly welcome from reception.

After a fall resulting in a dislocated shoulder my previously independent 88 year old mother needed urgent care with everyday needs. I was presented with having to find a nursing/care home very urgently(on New Year's Eve!). I contacted Denham Manor , they could not have been more helpful and responded immediately, arranging for an assessment and my mum was admitted the very next day. From the moment she arrived she was treated in a genuinely friendly and caring manner. She was there for six weeks. All the staff were without exception faultless and went the extra mile on many occasions. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My mother-n-law was admitted to Denham Manor care home for end of life care. During the time she was there I was able to witness care and compassion of the highest quality. Up to the point of her very sad death she was treated with the greatest dignity and respect. The team at Denham were exceptional and I know my dear mother-in-law was happy and content in her last days. Everyone in the home were a delight to meet and demonstrated genuine compassion and care, I felt more like home than a care home. She and we felt perfectly secure and relaxed in her time there. When her body was removed from the home at last fifteen staff literally lined up in respect an amazing tribute.

Very happy with the care/nursing mum has received since she became a resident in July 2014. Most of the residents had to be moved to different rooms whilst renovations were being carried out which was done with as little disturbance as possible. Over the last year I have got to know most of the staff quite well and have been made to feel like family which is comforting to know as I know mum is being treated as family also. My only concern is that some of the familiar faces have gone and having made some enquiries it seems they have left to go to other care homes where they can earn more which to me seems a shame to lose excellent carers due to poor pay.

I've been a Registered General Nurse for 33 years, and after I finished working as an NHS Staff Nurse & Charge Nurse, I have held various senior roles, including Chief Operation Office, Head of Care and Operations and Company Director for large and smaller care home operators.

My days are very varied, and as a Manager of a very busy care home, I am responsible for the day-to-day management, ensuring the best possible care for those living in our community. With the experience I have, I ensure I share this knowledge with my team in order to deliver great care.

The most joy I get from my role is seeing our residents enjoy meaningful engagement and seeing our staff enjoy their roles in caring for our residents. I believe we give all we can with compassion and love. I am proud to say my team have shown me they both care and love.

Family are massively important to me, and I pass those values onto my staff. I would be delighted to introduce you to Denham Manor and show you around.
