Mum has been a resident at Hamilton House for just over 18 months. During this time she has not only been extremely well cared for, but all the staff at Hamilton House show their love for their residents. This is a great comfort for her family, particularly those of us who live a distance away. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff in keeping Mum happy and cared for and their care also for visiting family is very much appreciated, making us feel a part of the Hamilton House family. Thank you is not enough.
Thank you for taking the time to review our home, we are delighted to hear how pleased you are with your Mum's care here at Hamilton House. Your feedback will be passed on to the Home Manager and team.
The care and love they all gave to mum were beyond all of our expectations, they became family.

My aunt often requests we bring in gifts for the staff however on this occasion I feel it is appropriate to give a good review. I have been visiting this home for around 3 years, I have never been dissatisfied with the care my aunt has received, she is so happy and always has positive things to say. I recently visited. The chap on shift greeted me and offered me refreshments. I had my grandchild with me and he was also offered sweets and toys to play with which kept him quiet. I really cannot express how happy I am with this home, but well done to you all, you are brilliant.

From the initial enquiry where we were shown around the home and fell in love with the atmosphere, to Dad’s first day being made so special by each and every team member was just excellent.
I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely home. Thank you each and every person. My Dad loved each one of you for all your love and support, you made his final time special.

The atmosphere is one of the best I’ve ever known in any home and I have been to several. I have several relatives in homes up and down the country.

This home has given my mum the best care possible. The staff are so friendly from the time you walk in the building, the admin is warm and friendly, really welcoming. The staff always offer reassurance. I would definitely recommend this home. They are redecorating and it looks really nice. Can't wait to see it finished.

Looked after my Nan until she died. The staff at the home were amazing, so attentive, always checking on us as much as my Nan. Would definitely recommend this home.

The Manager at the home is always approachable and makes time for everyone. My Father said that one Friday she sat and had lunch with him.
There is a lot of fun and laughter in this home. Every member of staff is kind and attentive and always makes sure Dad is ok.
Without the high level of care my Father is receiving I doubt he would still be with me. Thank you. I would 100% recommend this home.

My husband thought the absolute world of every person he came into contact with. The staff were like our second family and supported both of us every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much and not only did the staff love and care for my husband they did exactly the same for me and all our extended family and friends. The exceptional level of care here from all departments is what sets this home above and beyond.
After my husband's passing the home sent me a card and some forget me not seeds to plant in his memory, a small gesture but it meant the world.
Thank you for everything!

A real home from home. My wife is the happiest I have seen her in years. She was admitted to the home for end of life care and a year and a half later she is in so much better health. The whole team are so kind and caring. Thank you Hamilton House, you are part of our family!

My husband was in the home for only a short time due to being palliative care, the whole team here cared for him like he was the most important person in the world, obviously to us he was but to them nothing was too much or too little. The staff laughed with him, always making him smile, they made time to find out the little things that really mattered most and these things made a huge difference. The staff here are angels!
The love shown to us as a family was exceptional, we were looked after every step of the way and can not be more grateful.
Lovely staff everyone was so comforting when my brother passed away, I can not thank them enough. I would definitely recommend this home. I will book myself in there when ready.
I am so glad we found Hamilton House. Couldn’t have wished for a better, more amazing home!

Lovely staff and atmosphere. I joined in with the Xmas party it was lovely to see the staff interacting with the residents. The manager and the deputy went into my grandmas room and sang to her it was a lovely touching moment. This is just a small part of how special they make people feel. The activity lady was so eager to please everyone and got the residents and families involved. Lovely day, very good care and excellent support.
Since my Grandad has moved into the home he is so happy and contented. The manager and staff at this home have to be the nicest people I have ever met, nothing is too much trouble. The building is tired, however, the atmosphere far outweighs the decor.
Couldn't be happier with the level of service, care and attention to detail. All the staff are so helpful and lovely, wouldn't change a thing.
Friendly and helpful staff and a stunning home and facilities. Food is always well prepared, just like a home cooked meal and my mother couldn't be happier. Thank you to all the staff for making her feel relaxed in her new home away from home!
My friend lives at Hamilton House and has done for a few months now. He loves his new home and feels very settled so quickly. Everyone who works there is so friendly and welcoming from the minute you walk through the door, and there is a real home from home feel to the place. I would definitely recommend Hamilton House to my family as the care is exceptional
Since my mother has been at Hamilton House I feel she has in a better place due to staff and environment. I feel that had she not have been here she would no longer be with us. My mother is very happy here.
I have every confidence that my Mum is being very well looked after at all times by the amazing team at Hamilton House.
