The team at bletchley house have been amazing my mum hasn't lived here long but already feels at home. Staff here go above and beyond with the care and activities they provide I can't thank them enough for their hard work and genuine care they give.

Thank you for your kind words. Warm Regards, Julie
I find the carers very friendly. All staff really very caring, helpful. All very hands on. The maintenance man is excellent as well he is very friendly & bubbly, makes everyone laugh.
Thank you for your kind words. I am delighted to hear that you find my staff friendly and that our maintenance team brings a smile to everyone's day!
My son has only been resident in Bletchley House since Nov 1925, but since then we have seen a great difference in him, he seems very content, likes the staff and also thinks the food is great, so far I am a very happy mother, hope it continues.
Thank you for your kind comments. Best wishes, Julie
I was very impressed by the warmth and caring attitude of my mother's nursing and caring staff. Her physical needs are well met. However, I was disappointed to come in some days and find that my mum's hearing aids not working (battery needed replacement and tubes cleaned). Also, that staff didn't encourage her to opt to go to the dining room for lunch - Mum no longer has the capacity to ask. She used to thrive on social interactions, now her life has shrunk to 4 walls which is very upsetting. I don't blame the staff, they are doing their best with constant demands on their time.
We have since moved mum to a much better home, staff have been fantastic in the new home. . Mum never settled in this place & now we know why, she had the vibe it wasn't a nice place. You put your trust in these people that they will care for your elderly relatives . Not the case at Bletchley House.
I am saddened to read your comments as they do not reflect the high standards we constantly strive to achieve, nor do they reflect the majority views of the many other reviewers shown here. Your concerns do not appear to have been shared with me from whomever you spoke with and I am sorry that I...
Him because he is just cosy and comfortable where he is, he doesn't want to leave. The staff are all wonderful, so caring and patient. He feels safe, well looked after, and even if he gets grumpy, which he can do, the staff are all so kind to him. It means such a lot to us both that he feels secure, well cared for and happy.
We can't recommend this home more highly.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. Regards,
