Bletchley House Care Home provides a beautiful environment for residents to live well, including spacious and well appointed bedrooms, some with ensuite wet rooms and access to spacious lounges and dining room.

Refurbished, and also rated GOOD by PAMMS in 2024, the home also has a music and movie room, a hair salon and fantastic gardens to enjoy.

Generally looking after Mum very well but she needs more opportunity for social events and games etc. Mum's mental health, depression, suffer otherwise.
Room rate has gone up three times in twelve months, a cost increase of over 20% which is excessive.

My mother and I visit a friend at Bletchley House we find it very friendly, clean and get invited to events. Which are entertaining and we have a good laugh with our friend. Lovely staff very accommodating.

My father has been here since March 2020, just before the pandemic. Throughout that time both him and I have been satisfied with the level of care and support that he has received. We were a bit concerned about the management of the home when there regular changes of managers, but very satisfied how
the home has been managed recently.

I have been visiting Bletchley House for just over 2 years. On the whole, it has been good. However, my concern is that due to her age it is probably not the best placement for her. Nevertheless, she is well looked after and we have no complaints.

Mum has recently passed away but in the 18 months that she was at the home she was very happy. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The way they dealt with Mum's passing was lovely, sensitive and caring. They could not have done more for her.

Overall, my experience with Bletchley House is good. Staff are very approachable and call in as they pass my room. Through no fault of the home, I am currently on the first floor and feel isolated, so I don't feel I am taking advantage of the activities downstairs. I admit this is probably my fault
as I don't use the call alarm, but look forward to having a room downstairs when available.

All staff work hard to ensure residents have all the care and things they need to remain comfortable and secure. Significant improvements having been made thanks to a much more consistent management and staff. This along with more frequent activity sessions, help residents feel more socially included.

Attended function for the coronation day. The event was very good. Staff seemed very caring and attentive towards the residents and very kind towards visitors. The food was good and plentiful.

My mother really enjoys living here, mainly for the companionship of the other residents and the activities on offer. She really enjoys the meals, they are always tasty and the menus on offer are to her taste. The room is spacious and the en-suite is very handy. Sometimes the room could be cleaner,
for example the side table where drinks and food are kept, but the bed sheets etc. are always clean.

Mum's been at Bletchley House for eight weeks. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Mum says she is comfortable but says it's very noisy and alarms sound throughout the day. I'm concerned about her food, she cannot eat hard foods as she has no teeth, soft food, please! Mum feels very safe here and likes
the staff a lot. Thank you.

Mum spent ten days at Bletchley House to convalesce after being unwell and in hospital. The staff at Bletchley House helped her to get stronger and feel more confident. She is now returning home well-rested and well-fed. The carers and management have made her feel very welcome.

New management has made great improvement which encourages a friendly atmosphere whilst taking great care of my mum.
