My sister had just had her birthday and was very happy. We were so pleased with her general care, and she was happy to introduce us to all her friends and staff members. It was quite a hot day, and the sitting room was cool and well ventilated.

My father is extremely happy and regards this place as his home. The staff are very helpful and treat him with dignity and respect. The home is lovely and clean and the catering is excellent. He feels very safe and comfortable.

Grandad is very well looked after, he has a lovely, cosy bedroom and every time we come to see him, he's clean and fresh and his room is always immaculate. It's nice to know that he goes downstairs to have breakfast and outside to get fresh air. The staff are lovely and so welcoming.

I'm very happy to see the outstanding care provided to my father. He has the best carers who are respectful to him and try to fulfil his wishes, getting him outside and downstairs to eat his breakfast. I love seeing him so happy and content and mostly safe in his environment.

Great service with excellent care. The staff do so much more. They go above and beyond. Everyone is so friendly and they will always greet you if you walk through the door. Good facilities for the residents and some nice personal touches!
