Bletchley House Care Home provides a beautiful environment for residents to live well, including spacious and well appointed bedrooms, some with ensuite wet rooms and access to spacious lounges and dining room.

Refurbished, and also rated GOOD by PAMMS in 2024, the home also has a music and movie room, a hair salon and fantastic gardens to enjoy.

A wide variety of activities and entertainment are regularly available, organised by a dedicated activities coordinator and a first-class dining experience is enjoyed, courtesy of a talented chef.

We came to visit my sister from Lowestoft in Suffolk, this was our second visit. I brought my wife and daughter. I had been a while between our visits, as the journey takes about three hours. My sister had just had her birthday and was very happy. We were so pleased with her general care, and she was
happy to introduce us to all her friends and staff members. It was quite a hot day, and the sitting room was cool and well ventilated.

My husband has lived at Bletchley House since 2018. He came here for palliative care at that time, and amazingly, he is still with us!
A testimony to his care and health since then.
The staff are always here to listen, and if any concerns, they are quickly dealt with.
I am pleased with his level
of care and communication if I am not able to visit, as often as I used to.
Residents appear well and settled in the home.

The home itself is in a nice, quiet residential area with good parking facilities. The staff are all excellent and look after my father-in-law very well. He seems very happy with his care here. Food is excellent and nothing is too much trouble, be it catering staff, cleaners or nursing staff. My father-in-law

I'm very happy to see the outstanding care provided to my father. He has the best carers who are respectful to him and try to fulfil his wishes, getting him outside and downstairs to eat his breakfast. I love seeing him so happy and content and mostly safe in his environment.

Grandad is very well looked after, he has a lovely, cosy bedroom and every time we come to see him, he's clean and fresh and his room is always immaculate. It's nice to know that he goes downstairs to have breakfast and outside to get fresh air. The staff are lovely and so welcoming.

Knowing my mum was at the stage of needing 24-hour care was quite overwhelming but we have been met with caring staff who have made my mum comfortable and cared for, we have the peace of mind knowing she is having her needs met with dignity, empathy and that is thanks to the staff and management who

Managers and staff are welcoming, have the right attitude and skills. Always willing to help and give the assistance required at hand.
Bathroom is cleaned daily. Other rooms in the building are reasonably tidy.
Food choices and options are offered, reasonably good quality.
Maybe to introduce activities
for residents to explore in the future.

Julie began her career in the care industry in 2010, first as a marketer, then as a deputy manager, and finally as a Registered Manager in 2015.  Julie is committed to providing the highest level of person-centred care to residents and their families, ensuring that Bletchley House feels like a home away from home.
