Kents Hill is an established purpose-built care home offering elderly residential, nursing and dementia care. A professional team has furnished the Home to an exceptionally high standard, providing elegance and comfort.

The “home from home” feel at Kents Hill is created by the dedicated staff who have been selected not only for their professional ability but also for their commitment to truly making a difference for the people in their care.

Resident’s rooms are spacious and feature en suite facilities. The communal areas are at the centre of what makes Kents Hill a real community whether it be at mealtimes or when enjoying activities. There are no fixed visiting hours so friends and family can come and see residents at any time.

Activities and day trips are an integral part of the resident’s well being. The activities coordinators encourage and help residents continue with existing interests and also introduce new hobbies.

The minibus is used frequently to take residents on day trips near and a little further from the Home. The trips are very popular and recently, days out to Woburn Safari Park, Middleton Hall, Frosts Garden Centre, Stoke Goldington Small Gauge Railway and Linslade Canal have been greatly enjoyed.

The dining experience at Kents Hill boasts fine home cooking by a professional Chef who has created a menu alongside the residents to reflect the interests and tastes of all.

Respite care at Kents Hill is very popular and enables those wishing to experience what the Home has to offer before making a full commitment.

In October 2015, 15 brand new luxury suites opened along with a new lounge, library, salon and bistro all adding to the style and comfort the home offers and in 2018 a refurbishment of the communal areas and one side of the nursing suite took place.

Kents Hill Care Home in Milton Keynes is an oasis of warmth, comfort and kindness. Residents are treated with the utmost of care and professionalism. Visitors and family are kept well informed and always greeted with charm and warmth, hospitality and genuine kindness. The care home is beautifully clean,
and sensitively decorated - like a proper 'home'. There is an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity throughout the building, with staff always welcoming and smiling. My brother is so fortunate to be a resident, and I am so grateful to all who work here. Thank you!

My mother was a resident at Kents Hill Care Home and I can't speak highly enough of the care she received. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and compassion. The receptionist always had a kind word and a smile, which made a huge difference to our visits. The entire team, from housekeeping
to the care staff and nurses, was exceptional. They didn't just provide medical and physical support, they treated my mother with dignity, respect, and genuine affection. Their empathy and support were a comfort to both my mother and our family. They took the time to listen, to understand her needs and make her feel at home. The level of family support was also truly excellent. They kept us informed, involved us in decisions, and offered a should to lean on during a difficult time. Knowing she was in such capable and caring hands gave us peace of mind. I am forever grateful to the staff at Kents Hill Care Home for the wonderful care they gave my late mother. They are a credit to their profession.

My husband has only been a resident since last week in August, after a long stay in a different (NHS run) facility.
My husband's mental health has greatly improved. His environment is much more improved, ie, not as clinical. His daily needs and welfare are highly maintained. Very caring and supportive
staff, even though ran off their feet most times. Nothing is to much trouble. The food is very enjoyable, well balanced and certainly not microwaved.
All in all the right decision was made to choose this facility.

The staff on all levels have been absolutely fantastic with him, helping to settle him in ..
He is joining in the activities and is being looked after by wonderful staff.
As a care home I would rate this top of the list..

Communication has improved in the last month or two. The building is good for the needs of residents, although there is a weak bad smell in the upper levels. The staff seem pleasent enough, though my concern is that more coherent residents may not be able to understand some of the accents of staff.
A suggestion for a volunteer or therapist to visit those not able to leave their rooms / bed. Please continue to improve these areas.

We have seen a significant improvement in the resources, displays and activities in the "forget me knot" top floor lounge in the past few months. The plant table, laundry and beach areas are attractive. There are far more resources and activities available and being used. There is an increase in staff
engagement with residents. The lounge is now such a stimulating area for residents and guests. Well done. Thank you to the staff and management.

My dad was admitted to Kents Hill at the end of December 2024.
His dementia was becoming worse and he needed round the clock care.
The staff were all very caring, from the lovely ladies on reception who always had time for you and were very compassionate when dad became poorly, to the staff on forget
me not floor were who were always so helpful and caring.
They definitely made the last 6 months of my dad's life as happy as was possible.
Contact with head office not so good, unfortunately. Two emails regarding a refund of care home fees have gone unanswered.

My mum was in Kents Hill for three months. I can't praise the staff enough for the care they gave to my mum. The room was always clean and had everything she needed. The food was excellent and after a slow start my mum really enjoyed the food.

My husband has been at this care home for over 4 years so I have come to know the staff very well. I feel there is a lighter atmosphere since the new manager arrived. The receptionists are always so kind and welcoming, and everyone - cleaners, laundry people and carers - are so friendly and always happy
to have a little chat. There is a new hospitality lady who always offers me a cold drink which is lovely on a hot day. As my husband is on the nursing floor, I must praise the nurses for their care of him, and they always keep me informed.

Although my Mother only spent 8 days in the care of Kents Hill due to the severity of her condition, she could not have been in any better environment. At all times the nursing staff, care assistants, reception, orderlies & cleaning staff were caring & considerate in every aspect. They all afforded
my Mother respect & compassion & the nursing staff provided myself & my sister with regular updates with regards to Mums condition. Knowing how well Mum was being cared for provided us with huge relief in her final days. Everything about the care home is top class, a wonderful Reception area with lovely staff members. Clean & tidy rooms & passage ways, no odours. Compassionate nursing staff & orderlies. An excellent cup of tea served from the trolley an added bonus! I have no hesitation in fully recommending Kents Hill Care Home for your loved one.

My mum has been a resident for just over a year at Kents Hill Care Home. The staff look after her extremely well and are caring and kind. They not only look after her - they also look after her family. They take great care of her husband/my dad when he comes to visit and are empathetic and kind to me
too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this care home for friend's 'loved ones'. I can't pinpoint any particular staff member - they are all lovely. Thank you for looking after Mum so well.

Mum been in care home since 2024 and overall myself and my brothers are very happy with the care given to mum. Sadly she doesn't communicate well so she is not using many of the facilities or taking advantage of the activities which look very good. Communication from the nursing staff is always very
good and I'm always updated with any changes. The staff are always very courteous and professional and treat Mum with dignity. Overall I am very happy with the standard of care given and would recommend this care home.

My father very much enjoys living in Kent's Hill. He has a great relationship with all the staff who are very friendly and caring.
The qualified nurses are excellent and knowledgeable and look after him really well. When we had a meeting with social services, they remarked how impressed they were with
the nurse's in depth knowledge of my father compared to staff in other homes.
Everyone from the cleaners to the receptionists chats to my dad and make him feel special and cared for.
Whenever he has been admitted to hospital he always asks me to take him back to the care home straightaway!
The staff are equally kind to other residents who aren't as articulate as my dad and treat everyone with respect.
I would definitely recommend Kent's Hill

My father has been a resident at kents hill for nearly two years. The staff are amazing! The compassion, understanding and care provided for my father is excellent. From reception staff right through to the nursing team, carers, kitchen staff cleaners they are all amazing. This care home is spotless,
the quality and choice of food is exceptional. Activities are appropriate for residents and offers a good choice. Communication between staff and myself is very good. I am extremely happy with Kents Hill, highly recommended.

My mother has been living on the dementia floor at Kents Hill Care Home for few months, and our family has been consistently impressed with the quality of care she receives.


The staff are genuinely compassionate and attentive, always ensuring that Mum's individual needs and preferences are respected

and met with dignity.


The home has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and is always clean and well-maintained, which helps Mum feel comfortable and settled. A wide range of activities-from gentle exercises to arts and crafts-keeps residents engaged and supports their overall wellbeing.


Communication with the care team is excellent. They keep us regularly updated on Mum's health and are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns.


We're truly grateful for the high standard of care provided by the entire team at Kents Hill Care Home.

From the moment I entered reception to view Kent's Hill nursing home I knew this was the right care home for my dad. Such a lovely atmosphere and all of the staff were so kind without exception !
My initial impression was absolutely correct, my dad received the very best of care the whole time he
was there, I absolutely could not fault it.
You cannot buy kindness and each and every member of staff was kindness personified!!

I found Kents hill staff always friendly , everyone spoke on entering and in corridors. One staff member in particular was amazing , you are very lucky to have her on your staff, she is very 'in tune' and empathetic with relatives and the resident always went the extra mile! Catering staff were polite
and always knocked on door before entering room. Receptionists always greeted us. Clean and comfortable rooms . Would recommend your care home..
