My friend is well looked after and seems happy. The staff are excellent.
My husband and myself are treated with the utmost care and attention. I am always made to feel welcome and a cup of coffee offered.
I find staff very caring, nothing too much trouble.
What amazing people at Admirals Reach. They could not do enough for my dad, his every need was met. As a family, we were cared for as much as dad. Dad was treated with dignity and grace. We can't thank you enough for everything you have done for dad's care and comfort. Thank you so much for everything.
Willing to take on feedback from relatives and residents.
Admin, staff are also always helpful and tend to not get mentioned.
The staff of Nelson House Admirals Reach showed caring and compassion in the last months of my mother's life.
This is the second time I have stayed here and found it very good.
Always very helpful, very satisfied with help given to my neighbour.
The care home has a very homely feel and I would highly recommend it.
My sister is always happy when I visit, which to me proves she is treated very well by the staff who I have also found very kind and caring.
Very happy with my Mum's care. She cooperates with bathing, mealtimes; prompting is excellent with staff. No more wandering down streets from her house and getting lost. She is secure and well looked after. Thank you for helping her regain some positive lifestyle; Admirals Reach is fitting for all her needs.
Very good with care.
I was very happy with the kindness and care my mother was given during her stay in Nelson House.
All staff were caring and considerate, particularly so during my mother's last days.
Very good.
Nanna had previously been in two other care homes but only settled once she arrived here. The care was good, particularly from the regular staff who went out of their way to do small things to make both our and Nan's life better.
The staff have been very pleasant and helpful and we find them approachable.
Admirals Reach Care Home is a good well organised care home, which looks after my father very well.
I wish to say that the family is very grateful for the care Admirals Reach has given my mother (now deceased). The staff were very friendly and I stayed with her all night at the end and the staff were very helpful in making her comfortable on a number of occasions.
Excellent food.
We came to visit daily and left knowing he is in the best possible place.
The staff have been incredible and have always made us feel like family.
The food they serve is to high standards and my dad ate extremely well here.
All staff need to be paid more and appreciated by the higher bodies.
