Admirals Reach Care Home

I have been happy with the care and support at Benbow. Staff are good at recognising breathing difficulties and respond quickly and appropriately. Since being at Benbow my general health has been monitored well.

The staff have done a great job in looking after my brother, he has Alzheimer's and is often very agitated but is very happy in the Admirals Reach environment.

My Mother-in-law has been a resident for a couple of months now. We have noticed a change in her. She is interacting with staff and residents, very chatty now. She looks well, clean and always well dressed. Her regular medication is also obvious to see. Her room is excellent. Staff seem very knowledgeable and caring.

Only had 3 days but everything seems extremely good. Food looks nice and appetising. Not had any other experiences like this but it's better than expected.

The staff are very kind to all patients but also very kind to our mother. We bought her new clothing and these were put on right away. Mum is also very clean and taken care of. Mum seems happy where she is. No concerns. If I mention something it is taken care of.

I find the home to be fantastic. Staff are 100% caring and it feels like a true "home". My dad is happy, safe and very carefully cared for.

My friend is well looked after and seems happy. The staff are excellent.

My husband and myself are treated with the utmost care and attention. I am always made to feel welcome and a cup of coffee offered.

I find staff very caring, nothing too much trouble.

What amazing people at Admirals Reach. They could not do enough for my dad, his every need was met. As a family, we were cared for as much as dad. Dad was treated with dignity and grace. We can't thank you enough for everything you have done for dad's care and comfort. Thank you so much for everything.

The staff of Nelson House Admirals Reach showed caring and compassion in the last months of my mother's life.

Very happy with my Mum's care. She cooperates with bathing, mealtimes; prompting is excellent with staff. No more wandering down streets from her house and getting lost. She is secure and well looked after. Thank you for helping her regain some positive lifestyle; Admirals Reach is fitting for all her needs.
