We have found the staff on our weekly visits caring, kind and compassionate.

My experience while visiting my father at Admirals Reach has always been excellent. The Staff are extremely Caring, considerate, patient and Very professional, and are all very passionate about there patient's/residents. My father is very happy here and all his needs are taken care of to a very high standard.

My experience of Admirals Reach Nursing Home is 100% positive. They really cared for my mum & would have conversations with her that would light up her day! Staff were always there when needed! Took great care of my mum! Very friendly, kind & caring staff! The staff looked after my mum extremely well. Great Team. This is a nursing home that cares about residents with dignity. Recommended!

For two + half years Gerry has been happy, settled and cared for in every way. He has improved so much and is a changed person from when he arrived. The staff are so kind to me & I feel a part of the 'family' which I appreciate so much.

I feel that Julia has been very well looked after in this care home and well supervised in terms of her medical conditions and cognitive impairment. All the staff are dedicated, committed and engage well with the residents. I am very grateful for all of this.

My Dad has been a resident at Admirals Reach for nearly two years. I am very pleased with the care he receives. The staff are fantastic, they are caring and help provide a safe environment for my Dad. I can't praise the staff and facilities high enough.

We visit my aunt regularly and as always, found her clean and presentable. The home always smell fresh when we arrive, never any cause for concern. I believe standard of care to be good, the staff are friendly and have a lot of patience.

Drake ward - We were very impressed with the kindness, gentle good humour and empathy displayed by the Drake care team - especially Dawn & Terikani, Corrinne & Hannah & Akani - plus many more. My father John 'Tony' Allen had many good experiences in Drake, and enjoyed the sense of fun and community. What was difficult at the end was a disruptive resident who arrived. (no fault of the staff team)

My mum has really progressed since being here. Shes safe and relaxed and loves the staff. She's alot calmer and relaxed

Always the room is clean and tidy and Dad was looked after always helpful.

They have looked after and cared for my Dad over the 6 1/2 years

The occupational therapist gave some really good advice for my mums condition + working together with care staff, nurses & myself Mum's condition of hand will hopefully improve & be less painful for my mum. Also, occupational therapist is visiting a few more times to help manage Mum's condition.

I am very grateful to the team at Admirals reach Mum is well cared for and happy, which is a comfort. The team are always available to update me on mums wellbeing and always have a kind word and a smile.

My mother, Ena, was cared for by the best staff ever. I noticed nothing they would not do to keep my mother happy and well looked after. As well as all the other residents in their care. I rate all staff and management 10 out 10 5 star plus. Many thanks Howard

Highly recommend Admirals Reach, everybody is so caring and kind, never a problem to talk to any member of staff if you need advice or help with anything. Meals look lovely, and they are always coming round with drinks and fruit or cake.
